Taehyung's eyes fluttered open, gaining back his conscience as it took him a moment to get acquainted with the disorientation he felt. Where am I? He stressed over his memory and realized it was the Suite. The same creme-coloured ceiling, the one underneath which the night before, Hoseok-

Right, Hoseok. Where was he?

Taehyung looked to his sides, but there was no trace of the red haired guy. The pillow was gone. He sat up and his eyes fell over the guy sleeping on the couch. Eyes peacefully shut, Hoseok seemed like a cocoon beneath the blanket that covered him.

Taehyung bit his bottom lip as extreme guilt tossed him like the strong waves of the ocean. He remembered flinching to his touch, and remembered seeing Hoseok shocked and hurt to his erratic behavior. Am I stupid?! He groaned in frustration and clenched onto his hair. Hoseok didn't sleep beside him, and it only made Taehyung respect him more, even though he felt really upset after recalling everything.

Why did it have to happen? Why did he have to get so scared?! Only when they were finally reaching somewhere.. why?! Taehyung cursed himself.

He didn't realize his subtle grunting had actually caused Hoseok to wake up and gaze at Taehyung with worried eyes.

"Are you okay?" Hoseok quickly shoved his blanket away and ran to the bed, holding onto Taehyung's side. Taehyung was surprised and speechless. He gazed into Hoseok's eyes for a moment and stayed still, then nodded. Did I worry him this much? Or even more?

After breakfast and one last splash at the pools, everyone packed their bags and headed down to the cars awaiting their arrival.

They took a seat, this time Yoongi grumpily seated himself beside Hoseok and Taehyung, just so he could avoid the other pair who cutely conversed, completely disregarding his existence. The hostile aura of the guy surely did make Taehyung chuckle awkwardly, and made Hoseok roll his eyes.

On their way home, Taehyung gazed out of the window, just like Yoongi on the opposite side. In between them, was Hoseok, who was bored so he just decided to close his eyes and rest, even though sleep was miles away.
Taehyung noticed his closed eyes and assumed he was asleep.

A while later, Taehyung's phone started ringing. He pulled the device out of his pocket, and his face was in awe to notice the caller's name. He quickly picked it up and squealed, "Mom?!"

Hoseok's eyes shot open at the voice, he glanced at him in surprise. He looked at Yoongi who was staring back at Taehyung as well, a strange unreadable expression plastered over his face. Hoseok wanted to talk to Tae's mother. Not because it has been especially long, but because he wanted to find out if she remembered him.

"I've been fine. But you rarely call! Ah, I know ㅡ I know I can call too but I-I stay busy with college you know? ㅡ Ha, take care of your health ㅡ Oh yes! I told you about Hoseok, right? Here! Talk to him! ㅡ No? Why?! Come on, don't be shy, I'm giving the phone to him." Taehyung pulled the phone away from his ear and extended it towards Hoseok, "Talk to my mother!" Hoseok blinked confusedly, even though he did have a wish to talk to her, he didn't think it'd manifest into reality, his mind went blank.

"Hello?" Hoseok held the phone to his ear as he spoke, his voice straining with anxiety.

"Hello, Hoseok-ah!" The voice replied politely and enthusiastically from the other side, but the sound seemed too forced, "How are you?"

Moreover, Hoseok didn't recognize this voice.

"I-I'm alright, how are you, Mrs. Kim?" Hoseok wasn't sure if it was Taehyung's mother. Maybe her voice changed? But.. that seems unlikely..
