My mom answered the door, confused. I heard the police explain to Mom that I was a suspect for murder.
I'm so screwed, but this is my second test. I can't fail it.
"Her fingerprints are on the body. It's only reasonable to assume she's the killer."
"My darling (Y/N) would never do such a thing!" I heard Mom defend me. At least someone has my side.
"I'm sorry, ma'am, but all evidence points towards (Y/N)."
"B-b- but"
"May we come inside and question her first?"
"I suppose."
SHIT.
"Hello, I'm officer Jim, and I'm working on the case of Jess. What's your relationship with him?"
"Mortal enemy," I reply, deciding to be honest.
"Okay, and how would you describe his house on the inside?"
I told him about the interior.
"Have you ever been over there?"
"Just once."
"When?"
"Last night."
"How?"
"I snuck out the window."
"Did you kill Jess?"
"Yes, using a large kitchen knife, which you would see still has blood stains."
"Ah, see, ma'am?" Officer Jim turned to my mother. "She just confessed to murder."
I knew there was no point in lying. When they asked me why I killed Jess, though, I only told the half-truth; that I hated his guts.
"Okay, thank you for telling the truth. I'm going to have to arrest you for murder, so if you would turn around and put your hands behind your back.
I followed instructions, waiting to get into jail so that way I could bust myself out and prove myself.
I followed the cops into their car and got in the back seat. It was hard and uncomfortable.
I saw Jeff in the distance, giving me a thumbs up.
We drove to custody. After doing all the procedures, I was free to roam my cell. Surprisingly, I was the only one in it. Usually, cells are shared.
I started by trying to dig a hole in the concrete; didn't work. I sat on my bed, trying to think of a plan to get out. I paced around.
Then, it hit me. No, not literally.
When the cops try to open my cell, I'll knock them out! Then I'll run away, hopefully not getting caught.
The hard part was, this place was a maze. I tried to remember where I went, and I think I did pretty well.
It was finally time for the cops to escort me to work, it must've been 8 in the morning. One opened my cell and BAM. I punched him as hard as I could in the nose, probably breaking it.
Before the other cop could call for backup, I did the same. They were both out cold.
I bolted out of my cell with other cops on my tail. Thankfully, I ran track in the past so I have fairly good stamina. Unfortunately, so did the officers.
"Stop right there and put your hands behind your back!" one officer shouted. She sounded so sure of herself.
I kept running. I ran even after I was gasping for air. I ran like the wind. I ran like there was fire on my tail.
I saw the exit. It's right there!
Then I got tased, not 5 feet away.
I screamed in pain. I fell down, and felt myself being electrocuted, but got up as soon as I hit the ground. I ran out of the door like wildfire.
It was unlocked, miraculously. How convenient.
The cops were closer on my tail than I would like.
"We have a 10-98, inmate #564320" I heard a cop say into his walkie talkie.
"On it" the walkie talkie replied.
Shit.
I was outside before I knew it, and free! In order to lose the cops, I had to run into the nearby woods, which is exactly what I did. I ignored the burning in my lungs from lack of oxygen.
I weaved in and out of trees, slowly losing them. I got deep into the forest when I finally lost them completely.
That's when I saw a huge, wooden mansion. Like, huge.
I assumed it was abandoned, so I went inside.
Oh, shit was I wrong.
As soon as I entered, I saw Jeff, along with other creepypastas. Everyone turned to look at me. They were getting up, about to attack, when suddenly they stopped. I assumed Slenderman had something to do with it.
"Why are you here?" Jeff asked me.
"Uh, I was escaping custody, and I saw a place that looked abandoned, so I thought I could hide, thank you very much. Running from cops is harder than it looks."
Just then, Slenderman came into the room. He wore a suit, had no face. "You must be (Y/N). Jeff has told me about you."
"Yes, sir."
"Then you must know that you've completed two of three tests to become a creepypasta like us."
"Yes."
Eyeless Jack stood up. He had brown hair, a blue mask with black goop running down the eye holes. He had on a black hoodie and jeans. "Wait, you're saying that she is becoming a creepypasta?"
"Yes, EJ. If you have a problem talk to me about it in my office."
"Yeah, I do have a problem. What if she tells about us?"
"She won't."
"I won't, I swear," I said, drawing an X across my chest.
"And h-how can we be s-so sure?" Ticci Toby piped up. He had his usual yellow lensed goggles on and a mouthguard. His usual gray hoodie with striped arms and a blue hood with blue jeans.
"I just know." Slender growls.
"O-okay." Toby puts his gloved hands up.
"Now, (Y/N), your last test will be in a week. Get prepared to be wounded and in a chase."
"Yes, yes. Jeff told me."
"Good. Since you passed the other two tests, and in quick time too, if you fail this one, it's nothing to be worried about, as we'll just have to work on it," Slender told me.
I gulped, scared of feeling pain and who's going to chase me. It could be literally anyone.
"Oh, and your pursuer is Jeff, since you have befriended him at school," Slenderman added.
"Great. Okay." I said, trying to process what was going on.
I heard a dog barking. It was pretty damn ferocious.
