Wake up.
It was 11:15 P.M. I was still in Jeff's hoodie and my booty shorts.
"Babe, wake up," I shook my lover awake.
"Is it time?" he asked groggily.
"Yeah. 45 minutes 'til midnight."
"Mkay. Let me-" he yawned, "get up."
"Okay."
After a couple of minutes, we were both up.
"You still look sexy in my hoodie," he smirked.
"Aww, thank you!" I embraced him.
"You're welcome," he replied.
Someone knocked quietly on the door.
Once again, the moment was interrupted.
"Who is it?" I asked.
"It's EJ."
"Okay, come in." I pulled away from Jeff.
EJ opened the door stepped in. He checked out my outfit, probably to make sure what I was wearing was suitable to get blood on.
Creep, the voice said.
He's not a creep, he's my friend, I replied telepathically. I wasn't sure if that would work, or if I would need to say it aloud.
He's totally checking you out!
No, he's not, I replied mentally. He's making sure my outfit is appropriate for the mission.
Whatever you say... I don't agree, though.
It's not like he would rape me. Unlike BEN...
Maybe.
"(Y/N)? Were you even listening?" EJ waved his hand in front of my face.
"Sorry, I had a conversation with my voice."
"What did it say?"
"That you're a creep..."
"Wow... okay... rude, much?"
"Agreed. This voice is getting annoying."
I can't leave. So, you might as well get used to me.
"Damn..." I muttered.
"Damn, what?" Jeff asked.
"Nothing..."
"Surrrrrrre."
EJ spoke up, "We should probably see Slenderman, (Y/N).
"Agreed. C'mon, Jeff."
"Okay."
We walked to Slenderman's office. Jeff stayed by the office door.
"We're here," EJ announced to Slender.
"I can plainly see."
"I have one question," I stated.
"Yes?"
"How can you see without eyes? Or talk without a mouth?"
"I'm not entirely sure about that either. Science says I shouldn't be able to."
"Back on track," EJ interrupted, "who are we supposed to kill, and why is it so dangerous?"
"You're supposed to kill the whole McCallan household. Both of the parents are police and won't hesitate to put you in prison. Especially since you both are wanted."
