"Kitten, wake up," I heard a voice whisper. It sounded familiar...

I snapped my eyes open to see his beautiful cut smile just inches from my face.

I crashed my mouth to Jeff's. He responded by pulling me closer to him.

After a few seconds, he pulled away. "Let's get outta here."

I nodded and sat up.

BEN glitched in. "Will you two hurry up? I can't do this forever!" he whisper-yelled. I was surprised that June didn't wake.

I didn't dare talk, for fear of being too loud. Every little sound seemed too loud.

Jeff informed me of the plan: BEN manipulates the cameras to show empty hallways with guards at their posts. Jeff gets me out of the cell with BEN's help of glitching. We get EJ the same way, then we get our belongings. After that, we escape through the vents, just how Jeff and BEN came in. They even made a map of the vents!

And to think that BEN thought of all this! Here I thought he was just an annoying knucklehead. The kid has really got some brilliance.

"Hurry. The guards are making their rounds," BEN warned. We were as quiet as could be; even going as far as taking off our shoes, leaving our socks.

Jeff got glitched inside EJ's cell by BEN. He climbed up the bunk bed and shook EJ awake, whispering, "EJ, wake up. BEN and I are here."

"Jeff...?" he mumbled, still half asleep.

"Yeah, buddy, I'm here. C'mon."

"Okay, I'm awake-ish. What took you so long?"

"I'll explain everything later. Right now, we need to get outta here."

"Roger that," he murmured. They got down and BEN glitched them out.

Everything went without a hitch. Or, so we thought.

Just as we were at the lockers with our belongings, we had to have a code. I didn't have my bobby pin, though. It was made of metal, so the cops forced me to take it out. That meant that it was inside the locker.

Then, Jeff saved us all by pulling out a lockpick from his pocket.

Where'd he get that from? I wondered. Did he always carry one of those?

I mean, it would make sense. He was a serial killer after all.

He picked the locks on our lockers. Everything was going all dandy until one of the locker doors squeaked.

"Who's there?" a guard questioned.

Nobody, fuck off! I mentally answered.

I looked at Jeff worriedly. I did not want to get caught escaping.

We silently scattered as the guard walked over to the lockers, flashlight in hand.

It was so quiet, we could hear a pin drop.

I saw the beam of light getting closer and closer to me.

By the time it had registered, Jeff had already launched himself at the guard and stabbed her throat. Blood spurted everywhere.

I must say, the fresh blood on his hoodie made him look even sexier.

To me, he was the sexiest man in the universe, with his beautiful jet black hair and bloody carved smile.

Everything about him was perfect.

I suddenly came back to reality just as Jeff yanked me away from another officer's flashlight beam.
