Hong Kong.

Such a beautiful place.

It felt so good to finally be on familiar Asian grounds again. Even though it wasn't home, all of us always felt so happy and comfortable here, as well as in Japan. We arrived in China sometime in the evening the day before today and were immediately taken to the stadium in order to get ready for our concert. We were all extremely tired, having had to travel from country to country in such a rushed manner, but the adrenaline rush of the concerts always made up for it.

We had finished up the rehearsals and soundcheck and were all tiredly lounging backstage having a few hours to relax before the concert. Jungkook, Jimin and Jin hyung were, just like usual, stuffing their faces with food and laughing at things that no one except them found funny. Hoseok hyung and Namjoon hyung were sitting on the couch, caught up in their phones, while Yoongi hyung and I were laying on the couch opposite of theirs trying to get some rest. Which was hard, due to us all being jet lagged at an extreme level.

Suddenly I felt my phone buzz in my pocket, indicating that someone was calling. I fished the phone out and looked at the screen. The name that lit up made me smile. I answered and put the phone to my ear.

"Bogum hyung!"

"Taehyungie! How are you?" He asked me cheerfully. I could literally hear his smile through my phone.

"I am good hyung. We are in Hong Kong at the moment, just lounging backstage and waiting to go on stage in a few hours. How are you hyung? I haven't seen you in a while," I asked.

"I'm great, thank you! Yeah, that was actually why I called Tae, I'm also in Hong Kong filming and this is my one day off. I found out on Twitter that you were here as well and wanted to come and visit you and the others, If that's alright?"

My face lit up at that. "Of course you can hyung, It's always good to have you around! I'll let the staff know you're coming, so just come at anytime."

"Sweet, It will be good to see you again Tae. Say hi to Jungkook and the others from me."

"You too hyung, we'll talk more when you get here. I will tell them you said hi, they'll be happy to see you as well." I said smiling.

"So will I. Great, I'll see you soon then Tae."

"Good! Annyeong hyung!"

"Annyeong!" He said and hung up.

I smiled brightly as I put my phone away. I hadn't seen Bogum hyung in a while and I knew it would feel really great once I saw another familiar face from home.

Hyung and I had been friends for many years now, meeting through mutual friends. When we met, we got along right away, despite him being older than me. Since then, he always had my back. He was like my older brother and often gave me advice about everything from life, love, Bangtan, pain, grief, happiness and even about silly little things like me adopting a dog. I still remember how he sat me down once before I had officially adopted Yeontan and told me all about what it meant to be taking care of a dog. I had done my research for years and already knew all the things he had spoken about and even more, but hearing him invest himself into everything I did in life warmed my heart so greatly that I didn't have it in my heart to interrupt him.

It was also Bogum hyung that helped me build up my courage to ask Jungkook out when we were younger. He helped me become more confident and taught me how to be a respectful and loyal boyfriend to Jungkook.

But it was only before Jungkook and I officially became a couple that hyung helped me the most. Because he always said that I wouldn't need his help when I finally was with the love of my life and that everything would come naturally for us because Jungkook was my person.
