"mina-ssi..."

"mina-ssi... mina-ssi..." i heard his call faintly from my earphones

"mina-ssi... aren't you supposed to not play with your phone when you're in a car?" he asked taking a peek on what i'm doing as i took off my earphones

"e-eeh, m-mianhee~ Ren-ssi." i replied as i bowed my head a little

"so, mina-ssi. may i ask you something?" he continued breaking the silence

i nodded giving permission to his request. "you seemed quiet, mina-ssi. is there something wrong? are there anything that bothers your mind? and oohh, i didn't know that idols play video games." he asked

"a-aahh, nothing. and for your previous statement, i-i think it's too much to assume that idols don't play v-video games on their spare time." i answered as i try to compose myself

"so, what games did you play, mina-ssi? oo... let me guess." he said with enthusiasm

"judging from your console being a nintendo switch while considering your quiet type. i think you like a single player expansive world games. so, i'm going to call on the new legend of zelda game on that new switch console." he stated as my eyes widened surprised with his correct guess

"ooo~ wow. so you play video games too, Ren-oppa?and how do you know that i play on switch?" i continued as i saw him taking a glance with a surprised look on his face

"oo~kay, didn't expect you to call me with an oppa-"

"aaahh...minari. why'd you call him oppa out of nowhere. why'd that word slip through your mouth" i said regretting what happened

"but yes i used to play games. besides, japan has succeeded putting a large milestone in video games. for example NES and nintendo 64. it was a huge hit back then. and now, it's an antique worth hundreds of dollars. so, of course i do--play video games. in fact i was a big fan of nintendo." he answered

"so how about my other question? how'd you know that i play nintendo switch?" i asked out of curiousity

"hahaha... that's easy. you do know that you've been holding it this whole time, right?" he answered asking with a laugh

"aa-ahh... sokka." i said faintly as i hide my face turning my head down

Your POV

"wanna hear some music? since now, you're not using earphones anymore." i asked offering and breaking the silent ambient at the same time

"uhmm.... lilly, are you there?"

"hai, Ren-sama. i am here. what can i do for you. oo... it seems you have found yourself a beautiful girlfriend, Ren-sama--"

"hey, hey stop that lilly. she's not my girlfriend. she's one of our clients that mr.Park hired us for. can you please be more polite." i cut lilly off before some misunderstanding happens.

i looked to the passenger seat just to see mina's whole face turning red. "i-i'm very sorry m-mina-ssi. i-ii'll run a diagnostic on this NOT so INTELEGENT AI so it WILL... BEHAVE." i said emphasizing 'not', 'intelegent', 'will', and 'behave'

"i-iit's okay, Ren-ssi." she answered shooking her head

Mina's POV

"MINARII... WHAT JUST HAPPENED. WHY DID HIS AI CALLING ME HIS GIRLFRIEND." i mentally squeeled

"okay. minari. take a deep breath. compose yourself. don't let that affects you in any way. stay calm." noting mentally as i take deep breath and smelling his car's scent

"his car smells expensive" i stated

"s-soo~, lilly can you play one of twice's song. it's been really silent here. and i'm really sleepy without anything to hear when i'm driving." he said commanding lilly to play our songs on his car

*sound of twice- touchdown playing*

"ooohh~ wow. for a girl group. you girls sure have some catchy songs and, really loving the beat now." he said grooving to one of our songs which made me let out a small smile under my face

*the sound of twice-touchdown continues*

i don't know why, but hearing him saying that he liked one of our songs made me happy.by the fact that our songs can actually be enjoyed by everyone, especially this 'professional' contract killer. ~sigh

"hey, lilly... so how's everyone else doing. is everything under control back there in the van?" he asked lilly as a hologram appeared displaying live footage of what happen in the van

"wow... what a lively crowd. they seem to be having fun. don't you miss your friends mina-ssi." he asked to me

"i-ii'm fine. besides, it is much better to experience new things, especially getting a chance on riding an expensive super car." i answered rollling my tone and stuttered a little while smirking

"oohh... wow. have you build enough confidence to talk to me like that? you seemed more... talkative than before. i've never seen you smirked once, before." he answered asking about my behaviour

"well, i know that you haven't noticed it yet. but i think you will. soon." i mentally stated as i let out a small laugh

"h-hey, mina-ssi. why are you laughing?" he asked as he turned his steering wheel to the right

"uu-uh... nothing. n-nothing." i shook my head and slowly covering my face with my hands
