I walk around the hall while thinking of what's best food to enjoy at our picnic. Exploring my gaze filled with varieties of snacks.

Ah... kesou i can't decide there are too many options to choose here. Crap.

As i walk around slowly while looking carefully to the snacks that the girls might enjoy. i surfed through the hallway and found nothing but chips, sweets and puffs. ooh... and also i found some ice cream that nayeon begged for me to bring to the picnic.

i grabbed some of them randomly not paying attention to what kind of it in particular as i don't have any clue what would they enjoy for an afternoon picnic but then. Something caught my mind.

an afternoon picnic by the river, huh. i think something refreshing and soothing would do just fine, with that in mind. i immediately grabbed some cold beverages like some boba milk tea which sana likes, strawberries smoothies, and some ice cream that nayeon requested. then continue to grabbed some random snacks from the display.

okay, i think it's enough. i said in my mind while grabbing some instant ramyeon and chocolates for them as they really liked them a lot. okay, next stop. the cashier. i said to myself as i walk enjoying the music that's playing. "their songs sure are catchy as f*ck." i slipped a word out and finally in front of the cashier

i moved my head according to the song feeling its rythm while putting the stuffs that i grabbed and saw someone heading to my place. he then put his stuff on the counter and "uhm... excuse me. how did you get ins-" my eyes widened as i grabbed its shoulder and turned around. "Ren?!" the guy says with increasing tone.

"jae? holy sh*t, why did you do that? i was about to smack you in the face and thank god. i didn't." i said as he smiles and leaned his body away. "Ren... it's been a while since we met at the JYPE building a month ago." Jae raised his knuckle offering a fist bump.

"what are you doing here? do you have a bodyguard with you?" i asked as i accepted his offer and fist bumped. "No, no. i'm by myself now just buying some bread to eat while having a walk-" i cut him "and how the heck you can pass by the guards outside that have cleared out the mall and stand guard for people to keep them outside."

"ah, yes. i was also wondering who might did that and seems like i already found the source of its problem." jae answered and laughed. "still not answering my questions jae." i answered with an annoyed tone and he proceeds with paying his bread to the cashier. "well, it's easy. you can always go from the back." jae answered lifting his arms and shrugged his shoulders. i smirked and "by the way, why'd you cleared the mall, Ren?" he asked as he grabbed his bread and opened it.

when i was about to answer jae's question. i heard a faint giggles and laughter getting closer and closer. i looked over to the voice coming from as its getting louder and found out that it's the maknae line's with mina that went to buy some chips. suddenly they stopped laughing in looked to both of us in surprised.

"wae??! Jae oppa?!" dahyun and tzuyu exclaims and Jae immediately turn his head towards them. "you two know each other?" chaeyoung asked as i continue to put the snacks that i brought to the cashier counter. "yes... i actually met him at JYPE building a month ago when he first started his korean lessons there." Jae answered informatively and "thank you for the explanation Jae." i said as i finished putting all the snacks that i brought to the counter.

the beeping sound of the cashier continues as it's because i brought a lot for this afternoon's picnic. "anyway i have to head back now. my members are waiting for me." Jae said as he munched to his bread and tapped my shoulder. "yo... be careful on the way back. Don't forget that you got someone on your tail sending you hate and death threats." i reminded as i gave him a farewell and nodded then leaves the spot. "he's one heck of a unique guy isn't he." i muttered.
