"How's your break, Ren." Manager Lee approaching me with a cup of iced coffee in her hands. "Here is your usual coffee, Ren." Manager Lee handed me the coffee as i immediately take a sip after she did so. "How's your wife?" She asked again, "how many questions you have got in store after my 4 months break." She laughed a little to my words, "wae?? Am i not allowed to ask you about your personal life. I am your manager, Ren." She grinned right after her laugh ended. "I heard, you opened a caffee in itaewon." I nodded after sipping my coffee. "Kure, we also sell cakes there if your son loves one." I answered, "Mina really loves baking cakes." I added and unknowingly the thought made me curve a smile.

"How's your son?" I asked changing the topic. "My son's preparing for college now." I nodded, "how's your daughter?"

"Mwo? Are you asking about Shion?" She nodded, "ah, well... she's on her second grade right now. And she's been making a lot of friends at school." Manager Lee laughed a little after knowing about how Shion's been doing. "I haven't seen her for awhile. I bet she has grown up to be a beautiful girl just like her mother." I chuckled and laughed softly to her flatter. "Mwo? What is this? Are you trying to get a raise from me?" I jokingly teased and she laughed along to it. "Anni, just imagine about how handsome her father and beautiful her mother. I can already tell that she would end up just like her parents." She refuted, "you know. It's either handsomely beautiful or beautifully handsome." I laughed to her joke and she did so too. After this, the director called for me to get in the scene.

Mina's POV

What's happened with Shion? Is she in trouble? I thought, right now i am waiting outside of the principal's office sitting on a bench. Today the principal asked for my presence. She said, she wanted to talk about Shion's future. As the thought of what she had said on the phone. Not long after the door beside me opened and i was immediately invited to come inside. Inside, i was greeted with the principal and Shion smiling at me just beside her. "Annyeong haseyo, joesonghamnida. Is there a problem with Shion in school. Has she been naughty?" I asked politely upon setting myself to sit on the chair available. The principal smiled to me "annimnida, Mina-ssi. I called you here not because of Shion's bad behaviour." My head was tilting slightly upon hearing her statement. "Actually i was going to recommend your daughter to skip grades for her class. Since she's been scoring perfectly on all of the subjects."

"I think she needed to be placed 2 grades above her current grade." I listened carefully but her recommendation brought some concerns. "2 grades above? Will that affect her socially? Because she will meet a lot of students that's 2 years older than her." I pointed out an argument and she nodded understandingly. "I see how this concerns you Mina-ssi. However, our school will watch them closely with their behaviours. So far a lot of students here who skipped grades. They have no problem with the age gap between them. And they're all friends like they're in the same age." The principal tried to assure my worries and i looked over to Shion with her face looking concerned as well. "Do you want to skip grades, Shion?" I asked her while brushing her hairs back to her head. "If this makes you worry then i don't want to, eomma." She empathise as i chuckled and smiled to her sympathy. "If you want to skip grades, eomma is fine with it. Just try to take care of yourself more carefully, arrasseo?" She nodded with her lips curled pressing each other.

"Shion is fine with the grade skipping. Is it really fine to skip grades like this. She's still young." I asked again with my tone sounding concerned. "Gwaenchanhseubnida, Mina-ssi. Shion will do just fine. We've considered it for a long time now. And we think, it is best for her to skip grades." The principal explained with her smile. "Kuresseo, so starting next week Shion will be put in 4th grade." She stood up as i did so too. I shaked her hand and bowed politely after excusing myself. I walked outside with Shion and thought, Ren would be very surprised to hear this. I laughed at the back of my head and Shion addressed me. "Kaa-san... I'll get going back to the class now." I brought myself down to her height and started brushing her hair back. "Don't forget today, I'm off school early kaa-san." She reminded me with her little pout and i nodded with a tigh lipped smile. "Wakatta, Shion-chan." And then Shion went off back to her class.
