Charlie POV:
I run into my sisters room and jump onto the bed. "Sissy, sissy wake up!" I shout she opens her eyes.
"What do you want Char?"
"Guess who got engaged!" I yell.
"What? Who?" she sits straight up.
"Auntie May!"
"What really?!?" She yell, "let's go congratulate her!!"
"Okay!" We run to her room and burst through the door to see her getting the daylights kissed out of her, they jump apart and blush like crazy.
"Girls!" May shouts.
"Sorry Auntie May!" We shout.
"It's fine girls," Scott, her fiancé, says.
"Auntie May, you have a bruise on your neck, are you okay?" I ask her.
Her hand flies up to her neck, she looks to Scott he smirks, "Yes girls I'm fine."
"Why don't you girls go down stairs and we'll meet you down there?"
"Yes, Uncle Scott." We say, he smiles.
We go down stairs to find our mother, "Mom, mom!"
"What?" mom asks.
"Aunite May is engaged!" Chase shouts.
"Really?"
"Yes! I wouldn't go up to her room though. We walked in on them kissing, and Auntie May had a bruise on her neck! How do you think she got that?" I ask my mother.
"Oh, I don't know." Mom says laughing as we sit down to breakfast. When Auntie May came down mom got up and ran to her. "I can't believe it! You're getting married!"
"I know I can't believe it either!
"Why didn't you tell me last night?" mom asks.
"I was a little busy America," May says. Mom starts to laugh really hard.
The girls tell me you had a bruise on your neck.... Are you okay?" she asks giggling.
"Yes, I'm fine."
"Ok...." Mom says laughing again.
Alec POV:
I wake to Bear crying. I get up and take him into the family room so my mom won't wake up, Bear hasn't been sleeping very much sense my dad died last year.
"Shhhh.... Bear it's okay," he quiets down. He falls asleep and so do I.
I wake up later to Erin shaking me and taking Bear into her arms, "Hey, I saw you asleep through the window and used the key your mom gave me."
"Oh, hi. You hungry?" she shakes her head and starts talking baby talk to Bear.
"You ready to meet her?" I ask.
Erin POV:
"Ya, I mean she is just a person." Just so long as she doesn't like Jack, I say to myself.
"I knew it!" Alec shouts.
"What? What did you know?" I ask.
"That you like Jack,"
"I do not..." I say.
"You just told me!"
"I said that last part out loud?" I exclaim.
"Yup!" he says popping the 'p'. After Alec eats we head over to Jack's, he is waiting outside for us. My heart flutters when he looks at me with his emerald green eyes, which complement his brown hair.
"Let's go!" I say.
Chase POV:
I walk to the baseball field thinking about Alec, his jet black hair and beautiful deep blue eyes. They aren't blue like my ice blue his are a sea blue.
I get to the field and take off my dress that covers my T-shirt and running shorts. I start to put my hair up into a ponytail when I hear a voice, "Hey Chase!" Alec yells.
"Hi," I say.
"I'm Erin, it's nice to meet you," the girl says. She has blonde hair and blue-green eyes.
"You as well. The boys tell me that you like baseball too?" I ask her.
"Yup, it's nice to know that there is another girl who likes it too!" Erin says smiling I smile back. "So what are we going to work on?"
"Um, I was thinking throwing and pitching? I haven't gotten much practice with that because I haven't had others to practice with," I tell them. After we practice for a while we break for lunch.
"So, I know you might get mad at me for asking this but, what is it like being a princess?" Erin asks me.
"Well, I'm not exactly the right person to ask. My sister is defiantly princessier than me. But, it's not as fun as it may seem, I have to wear dresses 24/7, I asked a maid to get me these," gesturing to my clothes, "and I have to act ladylike at all times, I'm not sure if I get to choose who I want marry, I have to marry and have kids, I have no privacy, and other stuff," I say.
"Wow," they all say.
"Yeah, sometimes I wish my sister was born before me, then I wouldn't be the heir," I tell them.
"Wait does your family know you are out here?" Erin asks.
"No, and I don't plan on telling them."
"Let's get back to playing," Alec says.
We play till the sun is about to set and I have to go eat dinner. "I'll see you guys on Monday? I have to spend some time with my family, my Aunt May just got engaged." I tell them.
"We'll see you then!" Alec shouts.
