The Sequel is called New Beginnings
This is the summary:
River moved in with her foster dads at age three. She was abused in her last home she was in since birth.
Many permanent scars are on her body, but one stands out more than the other. One that stars an inch or so away from her eye and then stretches down her cheekbone and ends an inch away from her mouth.
River is left too scared to speak and flinches when Nathan and Andrew reach for her.
Will River learn to trust her new dads or will her silence get her sent to another home?
