Chapter 26

Charlie POV:
"I can't believe you have to leave tomorrow," Xander says, as we walk the gardens at midnight.
"I know, I could see if my parents would let me stay for a while longer?"
Xander looks at me slyly, "now why would you do that Princess Charlie?"
I wrap my arms around his neck, "because I'm falling for you Prince Xander, I'm falling for you hard and fast."
He wraps his arms around my waist, "good, so am I. For you, I mean." I kiss him hard, and he kisses back with the same passion.
"I'm... asking... my parents... to see if... I can... stay...longer," I say between kisses.
He kisses me again, "good." Xander kisses me one last time and leads me back to my room.
"Oh god, that look on your face," Chase giggles.
"I thought you were asleep," I say blushing hoping she doesn't notice my red, puffy lips.
She laughs and sits up, "exactly. No I haven't been able to sleep because I get to see Alec tomorrow."
"It's unfair that I have to leave Xander, when you get to see Alec." I sit on her bed next to her, "I'm going to go and ask mom and dad if I can stay a week longer."
"Of course you are," she laughs, "just be careful when you wake them up."
I laugh and head to my parents room, when I hear them giggling like teenage girls, "Maxon, yes we did. The girls and I watched the guards work out." I hear my mom giggle, my father chuckles (A/N: I don't think Maxon would giggle... he is too... manly to do that) along with her. "I still can't believe we are having another baby, and I love the name, Prince Cory. It sounds so... original." I knock on the door, "come in."
I walk in to see my father laying on his stomach and his hand on my mothers stomach, "Charlie, is everything alright?" he asks with concern.
"Yes everything is fine, but I want to ask you guys about something." I tell them.
"Okay, ask away," my mom says.
"Would it be alright if I stayed here for a week more?" I ask looking at the floor.
"Why?" my father asks.
"I know why," my mom says giggling again.
"Her hormones do this to her," my father laughs, "and what is it that you know America?"
My mother looks to me then my father, and back to me again, "I don't think I should tell you unless it is correct." My mom gets up from the bed and whispers into my ear, "it's Xander isn't it?"
I nod my head, "yes, but don't tell dad, please?"
"Alright," she says loud enough for my father to hear.
"Alright what?"
"I can't tell you," my mom giggles again.
"Why not, she is my daughter, I have a right to know."
My mom giggles again, "yes, but I carried her and Chase for nine months so... I get more of a say in this." She kisses him on the cheek. "Yes, Charlie you can stay here for another week." Then she mouths, 'go tell him.'
I run out of the room and sprint to Xander's room and knock on the door, "Charlie? Is everything-"
I cut him off with a kiss, "my mother and father said I could stay!" he picks me up and spins me around then he brings his lips to mine.
"I'll see you tomorrow?" I nod and kiss him one last time and head t my room.
"Let me guess they said yes?" Chase asks me.
Chase POV:
My father puts a light hand on my knee to stop it from moving up and down, "Chase honey don't worry about your sister, she'll be fine." That's not why I'm moving my knee, well it is a little bit but we are going to land in 2 hours and I want to hop out of the plane and run to Alec. I finally fall asleep with my head in my father's lap. "Chase honey, its time to wake up." I open my eyes to see that we have landed, I jump up and head to leave. Of course when I walk out there are reporters and cameras everywhere, yelling out questions.
"Where is your sister?" someone asks.
I laugh, "I'll tell you if you can tell me her name."
"Charlie," I look to see Erin standing in one of the groups of reporters, I wink at her.
"Charlie decided to stay for an extra week," I tell them, I wink at Erin again and nod my head in the direction of the field, she nods slightly. Once we arrive back at the castle, I run to the field at full speed. I see Alec waiting for me, his face breaks out in a big smile and runs to catch up with me, "Alec!" I jump into his arms and kiss him hard on the lips, he kisses back.
"I missed you so much," he tells me when we have to stop of a breath. I don't answer I just press my lips to his again showing him how much I missed him. I hear someone cough.
"Erin, Jack!" Alec lets me down so I can hug them. "I missed you guys so much!"
I hug Erin and Jack at the same time, "we missed you too!"
We sit down on the blanket, Alec pulls me onto his lap, "tell me what I missed."
"My mom's adopted twins, a girl and a boy," Erin says showing me a picture of the twins, Erin and what I'm guessing is her older brother. "Her name is Kate and his name is Sam."
"They are so cute." We spend the next few hours talking about my trip and what happened back here.
"Alright, E and I are going to head back," Jack says, taking Erin's hand in his.
Alec presses his lips to mine pressing me back so I am lying on my back. We spend the next hour or so just kissing, nothing else.
"I should probably go."
"Okay. I love you Chase," he tells me kissing me lightly.
"I love you too, Alec." I run up to the castle.
