Chapter 11

Alec POV:

"Alec!" Chase yells jumping into my arms and kissing me on the cheek, I set her down,
"Hi!" I kiss and she kisses me back. I pick up again and she wraps her legs around my waist. We lay down on the blanket she pushes me back so she is on top of me. She pulls at my bottom lip asking for entrance, I don't let her. She groans, I pull away.

"What?" she asks.

"I don't know. I don't really feel like playing baseball today, can we just relax?" I lay my head on her stomach and she runs her fingers through my hair.

"Sure,"

Chase POV:

We lie on the blanket and talk all day.

"Tell me about your childhood, before you met me," I tell him. He finger traces a light circle around my bellybutton, oh my god.

"I can tell you how Jack and I met Erin," he says. "Jack and I were 6. We were playing at the lake near our houses and we see a big group of girls surrounding Erin. We walk over and we hear them teasing her about her about having two moms'. Jack and I didn't really know her very well but we knew that she was adopted by her moms. Anyways, Jack and I push our way into the circle and stood by Erin we asked her if she wanted to play with us, she looked up at us with a tear streaked face and nodded. We played all day long, and every day after that."

"You are so sweet," I tell him. He kisses my bellybutton and we keep talking.

1 year later

Alec POV:

We are kissing, I love kissing her. My Chase, she is so beautiful. I think I'm in love with her, but we are too young to know what that is. All I know is that she is mine and I am hers.

"I wish I could meet your family," she tells me.

"I know I do too, I want to meet yours and I want you to meet mine," I tell her. She starts to cry. "What wrong?"

"I just wish I wasn't a princess," she whispers I can barely hear her.

"I know," I tell her.

We kiss again, I nip at her bottom lip, asking for entrance, she allows. Our kiss has become more heated. I push her back so she is pressed to the ground and I am on top of her. We kiss till it's dark. She gasps and gets up.

"What's wrong?" I ask her, did I go too far?

"I'm late!" she yells putting her dress over her head. I give her one final kiss and watch her run back to the castle.

I start back to my house, when I walk pas Erin's house I see Jack kissing Erin against a wall. I laugh to myself. "You know if her brother finds you, you're not gonna see tomorrow."

They jump apart at the sound of my voice. "Dude you scared us," Jack says.

"I know. So how are the love birds tonight?" I ask them they blush bright red.

"Shut up Alec," Erin says, "Let's go inside. It's cold." We go in and head up to her room when her brother stops her.

"What is on your neck?" her brother asks. Erin puts a hand up to her neck covering the hickey that Jack gave her.

"Nothing let's go," she says. When we get into her room and I can't stop laughing.

"Just a tip, when you give her a love bite, do it where her hair covers it," I say. They blush.

"So how was Chase?" Jack asks.

"Good, it's just hard you know? I want to be able to walk her to her door and kiss her goodnight, I want her to meet my family, and I want to hold her hand while we walk, we can't even go on walks." I tell them, my eyes filling with tears. They silently fall. Erin sits down next to me Jack on the other side. They hug me from both sides, we always do this when one of us is crying. We stayed like this for hours after my dad funeral.

"I love you guys," I tell them.

May POV:

I see Chase running up to the castle, I go into her room before she gets there. She runs through the door, she stops when she sees me.

"Auntie May, what are you doing in here? Not that I don't want you in here," she tells me. I notice that she has purple mark on her neck but it's mostly covered by her hair.

"I was just looking for you," I tell her. Her lips are red and a little puffy.

"Okay, I'm going to get ready for dinner," when she turns her back had dirt and grass on it.

"Chase, who is the boy?" I ask her.

She stops dead in her tracks, "How did you know?"

"Chase, sit down," I tell her gesturing to the bed, "You can tell me anything you know that right?" She nods her head. "Okay then tell me where you have been."

"I was playing baseball," she tells me.

"Okay, but who gave you the hickey and puffy lips?" I ask her.

"Ummmm... my boyfriend...." She says.

I smile, "How long have you known him?"

"Well, you know how I've been going on 'walks' during the day?" I nod my head. "I'll star from the beginning; I was wandering in the woods behind the castle when I came across a baseball field. I played by myself for about 5 months and then Alec found me and he practiced with me. Then I met Jack and Erin. We have been playing together for about 4 years, Alec and I have been dating for about a year," she finishes and I stare at her in shock, "Please don't tell Mom, Dad, or Charlie."

"You remind me so much of your mother, she did the same thing. She had a boyfriend that nobody knew about too." I say smiling.

"So you're not going to tell," she asks.

"Tell who what?" I say, she smiles.

"Thank you Aunt May," she hugs me and goes to change.

Charlie POV:

1 week later

I see Chase run out of the castle and into the forest, I decide to follow her. I go into the forest and I hear shouting.

"She rounds 3rd base headed for home. She's almost there, she slides.... And she wins the game for her team. SHE WINS FOR HER TEAM!!! You can hear the crowd cheering from a mile away!!!" A boy yells. Chase gets up and hugs him then she kisses him, I'm in complete shock.
"Hey love birds, we are playing a game her!" a different boy yells, he has his arm around a pretty blonde. I take a step closer and accidentally step on a stick and it breaks, Chase and the boy she just kissed turn.
"Umm.... Hi," I said.
"Charlie what are you doing here?" Chase asks.
"I followed you," I told her.
"How much did u see?"
"I saw you sliding and then kissing," I say. Chase just stares at the ground.
"I'm Alec," the boy says.
"I'm Jack and this is Erin." The other boy says.
"Chase babe?" Babe? I think to myself, "you okay?"
"What? Ya I'm fine," Chase says.
"Okay," he says then he kisses her temple, she smiles.
"Wow! You guys really look alike." Jack says.
"That's what identical twins mean, idiot!" Chase says slapping the other boy on the head, he bends down and picks her up so her butt is by his face. She screams, "put me down! Jack!" She is laughing now. Alec picks up Erin and does the same as Jack did to Chase. The run around for a little bit. Then they set the girls down. This is a side of Chase I have never seen.
"Charlie you can't tell mom and dad!" Chase tells me.
"Why?" Charlie asks.
"Because, you can't!"
"Chase, do you want us to go?" Alec asks.
"No," Chase says kissing him.
"We are going to," Erin says grabbing Jacks hand, and they leave.
"Charlie, Chase lets talk," Alec says.
"Okay," Chase and I say at the same time.
"How long?" I ask.
"How long have I been playing baseball or how long have I had a boyfriend for?"
"Both."
"Playing for 4 years and dating for about a year," Chase says, Alec kisses her cheek, she turns her head so he kisses her lips. They kiss for a while, then I clear my throat.
"Sorry sissy," Chase says.
"It's okay, but why didn't you tell me?"
"I don't know. It was just safer if nobody knew."
"Okay, we should probably get back, I'll let you say goodbye. It was nice to meet you Alec," I say.
"You too," he says as I walk back home.
I hear them say goodbye and kiss a little bit. Chase catches up to me. "Chasey has a boyfriend!!" I tease her.
"Shut up Char," she tells me. We hook arms and walk back to the castle.
