Chapter 20

Chase POV:
My parents are renewing their vows today, Charlie and I can't wait. The only problem was I couldn't see Alec and I missed him so much, Charlie said we were so in love, it was nauseating. I of course didn't care. I wore a strapless purple silky dress that hit my knees and had a black belt, my sister was wearing the same thing, but pink. (Picture above) My mom's friends from her selection are coming and her friend Nicoletta and her two sons and her daughter, I haven't met them.
"Girls can I come in?" my father's voice asked through the closed door of my bedroom Charlie and I were getting ready in here.
"Sure!" I shouted through the door. He walked in and smiled when he saw us.
"You can't be my daughters, you look to old and even more beautiful," he said as he twirled us around.
"Are you nervous daddy?" Charlie asks him, I bet she can see the worry in his eyes.
"No," he says uncertainly.
"Dad, its okay to be nervous. I know I will be nervous when A-who ever I'm getting married to and I get married," I say, 'oh my god, I almost said Alec' I thought to me self, "Daddy did you know you didn't tie your tie?" I ask, I walking over and tying it for him.
"What would I do without you girls?" he asks Charlie and I hug him.
"Dad come on, its time to go," Charlie and I say at the same time. My father walks away towards were we are holding the ceremony, Charlie and I walk into our mothers room to see her standing in the most beautiful dress, "Mom you look beautiful," we say at the same time again.
"Thank you girls, you look even more beautiful," she says walking over to hug us.
"Queen America, it's time to go," Marlee says walking into the room.
"Marlee!" Charlie, my mom and I exclaim, running over to hug her she laughs as we do. We walk to the ceremony and Marlene walk down in front of us we walk down the aisle smiling as we do, I see the way my father is looking at my mother his eyes full of love, and compassion. I look at my mother who is looking at him the same way, I picture Alec's face and I smile even bigger, I look over to Charlie who mouths, 'Alec' I look back down the aisle and continue to smile.
"You look beautiful, you all do," my father says kissing my sister and I on the cheek, we stand behind my mom and listen to their vows, (A/N: in The One they there vows were never written, sooo.... I'm skipping to the part where Maxon adds new stuff about the twins)
"Girls stand by your mother for me?" my father asks, we do, "America thank you so much for giving me the most beautiful daughters, they are like you in every way, loving, smart, talented, stubborn, headstrong, and they have your fiery temper," the audience laughs, "America, you and my girls have made my life so colorful, I wouldn't change a thing about my life, I love you girls so much." He says kissing our cheeks.
"We love you too," Charlie and I say together, the audience laughs again. (A/N: I'm really bad at writing stuff like this, so I'm skipping what America says)
****After Party****
Charlie POV:
I was talking to my sister when two boys came over and asked if we wanted to dance.
"Princess Charlie would you care to dance?" one of the boys, he looks older then the other one, he is really cute, with his sandy brown hair and green eyes asks.
"Yes, I would. But could I get your name?" I ask standing up as my sister does also. I can tell she would rather be dancing with Alec.
"Xander, Prince of Italy," he says guiding me to the dance floor.
"Your mom is Nicoletta?" I ask.
"Yes," he says, as we start to dance. We continue to dance all night long, "You have beautiful eyes," he tells me as he spins me.
"Thank you, you have nice eyes as well," I tell him as I spin back. I look over to see Chase sitting at the table talking to Astra and Austin, Austin gets up says something to Astra she smiles and nods he takes Chases hand and they walk out to the dance floor. I then look over to see my parents watching Xander and I, they are smiling at us, I blush.
"It's time for the King and Queen to cut the cake!" someone shouts.
We stop dancing and I'm about to go sit down by my sister and parents but he pulls my arm so I face him, "I would like to see you after the party, would that be alright?"
"Yes," I say he kisses my hand and we sit down glancing at each other every once in a while.
My parents cut the cake and feed some to each other, then my father takes some frosting and smears it on her face, "really?" she asks laughing, then she takes her cake and smashes it in his face, she pulls the plate away and the cake he has stuck to his face falls to the floor and my mother tries to get away but he grabs he and hugs her getting more frosting on her face. Everyone is laughing at them, I am too but I am also admiring their love, I hope I can find someone that loves me as much as my parents do, I look over to Chase who is also admiring them.
"Thinking about Alec?" I ask her, she nods smiling slightly.
Astra POV:
"I'll get you cake dear," Austin says kissing my cheek. When he walks back and he hands me my piece he is smiling.
"You okay?" I ask as I cut my cake with the side of my fork.
"Of course," he says doing the same as me, I take a bite of my cake when I feel something hard I pull it out to look at it to see a ring, I look at Austin he is on one knee in front of me.
"Austin, wh-what?" I ask, he takes the ring from me.
"Astra, I love you so much, I need you in my life, for the rest of my life. You make me smile and laugh. I never thought I could love someone as much as I love you. I'm really bad at these type of things so I'm sorry of this wasn't the speech you were thinking of but, I love you with my whole heart, will you marry me?"
I start to cry and I can't seem to form words the whole place has gone silent and are looking at us, "I'm sorry Austin," he looks like he could cry, "but I'm going to have to say, yes! Yes! A thousand times yes!" I exclaim he stands up and puts the ring on my finger and kisses me, everyone starts to clap.
"Astra! Congratulations!" my cousins Chase and Charlie yell, hugging both of us. Next, my parents come over smiling, "Astra I'm so happy for you!" my mom says.
"You finally did it!" my father says, "you asked for my blessing 3 months ago!" he laughs, I hug both of my parents.
Then my brother, Keegan, comes over, "you better take good care of her," he warns.
"I will don't worry," he says I hug him too and they do a 'bro' hug.
"Astra we are so happy for you," my Aunt America says with my uncle behind her.
"Thank you Aunt America," I say hugging them both.
Charlie POV:
I leave the party to get some fresh air when Xander comes out as well, "Hello," he says.
"Hi," I smile at him.
"My mother and father told me that you and your family will be visiting Italy next month for a month," he says with a grin on his face, "and now that I've met you, I can say I am very glad that you are."
I didn't know about the trip but I say, "yes, so am I," we continue to talk when Chase runs, "you okay Sissy?"
"Yes I'm fine, it's just boys keep asking me to dance and..." she trails off not wanting to mention Alec in front of Xander. Then we hear a noise come from the forest, it sounded like a baseball hitting a bat Chase smiles, "I'll be right back, tell mom and dad that I went to my room to get something." Then she takes off running towards the forest.
I look at Xander, "What was that about?" he asks.
"Nothing," I say. I turn to face him about to ask if he wants to go back inside when his lips connect with mine, my heart is beating so hard I bet he can hear it, I kiss back after the shock wears off we stand there kissing but a voice interrupts us.
"Hey Xan have you seen- oh sorry," we pull apart, I look to see a girl standing there she look about 13 so she is about 2 years younger then me.
"It's okay Molly," Xander says, "Molly this is Princess Charlie, Charlie this is my little sister Molly."
"It's nice to meet you," I tell her, "who were you looking for?"
"Oh I was looking for Mason," I look over to Xander confused.
"He is my younger brother," I nod, "we haven't seen him Mol, sorry."
"Obviously you were too busy sucking each other's faces off," she laughs and goes back inside.
"Sorry about her," Xander laughs facing me.
"It's fine," I tell him, I press my lips to his and we kiss for a couple more minuets but it felt like hours.
America POV:
"I love you so much Maxon," I say as we head back to our room.
"I fall in love with you all over again, every time you say that," he says, opening the door, I walk in and pull him in after me kissing him passionately, I start to unbutton his shirt, I finally do and he takes it off then he reaches for my zipper and zips it down slowly.
"Maxon, unzip me faster," I say putting my lips back on his, he does as he is told and zips my dress the rest of the way, I unbuckle his pants and slide them down, I walk over to the bed and pull him down on top of me, "I love you."
"I love you too," he says kissing me again.
