Nikki's P.O.V

After Rocky left, I ran upstairs. I quickly changed and went to bed.

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

I groaned as I turned off my alarm clock. I glanced at my phone to see a text from Rocky.

Be there in like an hour!😝

I smiled and typed a quick okay. I hopped in the shower and washed up quickly. When I got out, I threw on leggings, a purple dress, and a vest. I put on the heart locket Rocky got me for my birthday and threw a headband in my hair. By the time I was finished, Rocky was here. I slid on my boots and grabbed my bag, before making my way to his car.

"Hey." He smiled as I got in.

I leaned over the middle counsel and kissed him longly. "Hi,"I said as I pulled back. He raised one eyebrow at me. "What?" I asked nervously.

He shook his head. "Nothing, you just kissed me for a really long time and you never wear short sleeves around me." He said as he started driving. I started playing with my hands. "Is there something on your mind?" He asked as he grabbed my hand.

I shrugged. "A lot lately, I guess." I admitted.

He pulled into a parking space and looked at me. "If you want to talk about it, I'm here." He said before kissing me lightly. "Nikki, I love you. I'm here for you." He whispered.

I nodded. "I love you, too." I said honestly before getting out.

He did the same and grabbed my hand. "Nikki, I want you to roll up your sleeves." He demanded. I shook my head and ran into the school.

I opened my locker and got the things I need for first period. I closed my locker door and saw Rocky standing there. "What?" I snapped quietly.

"I want you to talk to me." He whispered.

I sighed. "Come over later. I don't want to right now." I said as I pushed passed him and into my first period class. I didn't focus, all I could think about is what I'm going to tell him. I was snapped out of my thoughts when the bell rang.

~lunch~

I sat down at a table, alone. I felt someone put their hands on my shoulders. I looked up and saw Rocky. "Hey, babe." He said as he sat next to me. "I have a free period next, do you?" He asked. I glanced at my schedule and nodded. "Wanna go somewhere with me?" He asked, happily. "Like, all day. Not just free period. Sign ourselves out, have an us day?" He raised his eyebrows.

I shrugged. "Sure." I whispered.

"What's wrong?" He asked as he placed his hand on mine. "Babe, you can tell me." He assured me.

"Can we leave?"

He nodded and stood up, extending his hand to me. "Are you okay?"

I shook my head as we sat in the car.
