Jeremy's pov

After the claiming ceremony, I went back to my cabin and did nothing (because I have my own cabin that michael often visits).

I woke up the next day, eager to talk about the new apollo kid, y/n. Something about them was different than everyone else, but nonetheless i was intrigued. I got ready like normal, and headed out to camp.

Ok, jeremy. Think. Y/n is an apollo kid, so where would they be.. Archery! Duh!

I ran to archery, greeted by the kids of the sun god, but no y/n.

Maybe they don't know archery yet. Maybe they're still exploring? I need christine.

I walk around, lookimg for the small girl who, to my delight, was with y/n.

"Jeremy!" Christine says happily.

"Y/n, this is jeremy. Son of posideon."

Y/n waved shyly and stuck out their hand for a handshake, which i graciously took.

They looked into my eyes, smiling. My hand suddenly got very sweaty.

"Hey,"

I said subtly,

"I didn't get a chance to meet you last night. Do you maybe want to fix that?"

That was so not smooth at all. There is no way they're saying yes.

They looked to christine who had a sad smile on her face, like she was saying goodbye to her child going away to college.

They turned to me and smiled.

"Yeah, i would like that."

They said. If michael were here, id give him a high five for scoring a date with someone like y/n.

And just like i predicted, michael appeared. And boy, was he excited.

"Jeremy! Dude! Are you excited for-"

He cut himself off, looking at my hand, which was still in y/n's. He whispered into my ear: "the second day of camp? Really jeremy?"

He pulled away from me as I began rambling nervously.

"What? What are you talking a-"

Y/n pulled their hand out of mine, bluahing furiously. Oh my gods, they are so cute.

I felt myself blush too, michael looking at us both smirking.

"Ok, i'll let you two get back to.. whatever you were doing."

Before he walked off, he whispered something into my ear.

"Tell. me. everything. I'll be in your cabin after the fire."

And he galloped away. Let's hope I actually have something to tell him by the end of this.

I ended up taking them to my cabin, near the water.

Your pov

I thought today was going to be like any other day at a summer camp made for demigods. But alas, jeremy came along.

Jeremy is attractive. That much is known. He has ocean blue eyes, dark shaggy hair, and has pale skin. But, jeremy isn't that confident sometimes.

He asked to "get to know me" and i said yes. Now he was holding my hand around camp. The aphrodite girls were pissed.
