Chapter Twenty Seven - Tennessee

Natalia is on a bed inside the cellar with a book on her hand. The book is a gift from Damon and when Natalia see the tittle of the book, she hit Damon's head with the book. She couldn't believe the audacity that Damon has in not taking this matter seriously. Everything is a joke to him and to top it all off, Natalia wasn't supposed to be surprise with his sarcasm but she did.

"Fruit of the Holy Spirit. Seriously Damon?" Natalia said with a glare as Damon cant keep his proud smirk hidden.

"Read it. Its a good book. It sure help me." Damon said as he take a sip of blood from his glass. Natalia eye the glass with temptation but she soon shake her head when she feels like her face starts to change.

"I can see that." Natalia said once she starts to relax again and the blood temptation is already gone.

"Well, better than you." Damon said and Natalia nod as she take a sit on the bed.

"Still hard to resist it?" Damon ask as he gulp down the blood before he take a sit next to Natalia. Natalia let out a sigh as she rub her face in frustration.

"Its getting harder by day. Might have to raise the ratio on the verbane. 3:3." Natalia said.

"Maybe you should start drinking blood again. That might help you with the temptation." Damon said and Natalia shake her head.

"I don't think I can stop once I have another taste. Besides, it will make the other me stronger. Lets not do that to her." Natalia said and Damon look at her with a pity face before he walk towards the cellar door and lock the door.
