I watched Ashton explain himself and how we came across each other, half smiling, half crying of the short memories we had together.  I would've ran and gone up to them and hug them all to death, but it was no use.  I knew that wouldn't be able to hear or feel me.  I was getting tired of not being able to communicate with the people I loved.

"Well, I'm glad that our daughter has great friends like you guys," my mom said, blowing her nose again.

"Yes, it's great that you were here for our daughter when we weren't," my dad said, still hugging my mom.

"I can't stand this anymore.  I have to find a way back to my body," I said, running through the doors to search for the ICU.
