Episode 3: A Plan Of Attack

(Jace has just logged out of Duel Monsters Interspace and back into the real world. Once back in his normal clothes, he collapses to the ground) 

Jace: Ow! I think that duel took a lot more out of me than I thought. 

(Kyle and Carly, hearing the noise, rush into Jace's room)

Kyle: Jace!

Jace: Ow......hey Kyle.

Carly: What happened to you? You don't look so good.

Jace: Sorry......I just engaged in a duel against that Duelist of Gameshade that attacked the arena. I defeated him, but I......Ow......got badly hurt in the process. (Jace grabs his arm, which is badly hurt)

Kyle: You need rest dude. Carly, go in the kitchen and get an ice pack.

Carly: Sure thing. (Carly runs to the kitchen, while Jace lays down on his bed holding onto his arm)

Kyle: Now you just lay there. Though I am wondering about something.

Jace: Yeah?

Kyle: That duel with the Duelist of Gameshade. That was your first ever Speed Duel. What was it like? 

Jace: It was pretty.......Ow! (Jace holds onto his arm again)

Kyle: Dude dude, take it easy. 

(Carly runs in) Carly: Here's the ice pack.

(Kyle picks up the ice pack and gives it to Jace, putting it on his arm)

Jace: Thanks.....

Kyle: (Turning to Carly) We better let him rest. 

(Carly nods and the two siblings leave Jace alone to rest. Soon, Jace has fallen fast asleep)

(Meanwhile, inside Duel Monsters Interspace)

Voice: (Over Duel Disk) Are you sure about this?

Hunter Renegade: Yes sir. We've managed to locate one of the 6 Interfactors, "The Interfactor of Bond". It is now in the possession of that mysterious duelist who has been going around Duel Monsters Interspace and using that mysterious Cyberse Deck.

Voice: (Over Duel Disk) I see. "The Interfactor of Bond" is one of the more powerful Interfactors. If what you are saying is true, then it will be tricky to get that Interfactor. Keep me posted once you've learned more information, but for now, you and Viper stand down so you both can gather more data. We don't know everything about this duelist's deck. 

Hunter Renegade: Understood sir. (The transmission with the voice on the Duel Disk ends. Viper appears)

Viper: Sssssooooo, we have to hold back? 

Hunter Renegade: For now, yes. However, we are to acquire as much data as we can on his mysterious duelist. 

Viper: Alright fine. I just hope we won't have to wait too long. 

Hunter Renegade: With good patience comes great rewards Viper. Now, we must go before someone sees us. 

(Hunter Renegade and Viper leave)

(The next day, in the real world, cameras and a large crowd of people are gathered outside Techisk, the company responsible for building Duel Monsters Interspace, mainly TV crews and reporters for news channels. Security guards are lined up to try and keep the peace. A limousine then pulls up outside the front entrance, and a young man in a business suit steps out. Immediately once he does, the cameras begin to flash and reporters with their microphones try and talk to him)
