Episode 44: Playing Around

(The sun has begun to set inside Duel Monsters Interspace. Tomorrow is the big day, the start of the Duel Monsters Interspace Championships)

(As per the rules of the Duel Monsters Interspace Championships, all the tournament participants, alongside with other tournament officials, are staying in a hotel near the main duel stadium to make not only traveling easier, but to make sure things go smoothly for the tournament without any hassle)

(Jace and Amy enter the main hotel lobby. A glass chandelier hangs from the ceiling, photos of some of the greatest duelists are lined up along the walls, and the place is illuminated with many many pretty lights)

Jace: Woah, this place is, is really luxurious. 

(Amy looks around smiling)

Maskedina: Only some of the best of the best get to stay in a place like this. 

(Jace looking around)

Jace: So where do we go to register and make a reservation to get our hotel rooms?

Maskedina: No need to. Our reservations are already in. You and I will be sharing a two-bed hotel room together. 

Jace: Oh really? Oh wow. 

(Jace looks away, trying not to smile too much, then back over at Amy)

Jace: Well, sharing a hotel room with you should be fun.

Maskedina: (Winking) Just don't get any ideas.

(Jace chuckles)

Maskedina: Come on. I want to show you something. 

(Jace follows Amy)

(Jace and Amy soon walk into one of the main rooms in the hotel. This is where some of the tournament participants are)

Jace: No sign of Wiseman. He's not in here. And neither is Byron. 

Maskedina: It doesn't surprise me.

(Jace looks around)

Jace: Are any of the other participants in this tournament here? 

Maskedina: There's one over there. 

(A duelist in cowboy attire is seen. He has a grain straw in his mouth)

Jace: I remember him. That's Jango Salvo. 

Maskedina: Yep, it is. 

(Amy points)

Maskedina: And over there is Sam Swift. 

(Sam, a male duelist with a sword on his back, black pointed hair, in samurai looking attire and wearing dark brown boots, is standing against one of the walls. He then grabs his sword and quickly slices several objects nearby completely in two, all at once)

Maskedina: He's well known for doing that at times when he's not swiftly attacking opponents in duels. 

Jace: Gotcha, gotcha. 

Female Voice: Well well well, who let you come here to this tournament dear Maskedina? 

(Jace and Amy turn. A female wearing stylish red heels and stylish designer clothing walks up to the two duelists. She has brown hair and bright red lips, and green eyes)

(The female stops and puts her hand on her hip)

Female: You are seriously going out of style.
