i don't have the energy to write a chapter tonight so instead ima tell you all about the concert i went to last night. also storytime
a long while back, i remember listening to khalid's debut album american teen. i told myself that if he ever came to my city, (montreal lol don't show up at my doorstep) i'd for see him. it's been one of my goals ever since.
so in march, when i saw his post on instagram about his world tour, and how he's coming to mtl, i actually cried no joke.
today was the day!
he was amazing. absolutely incredible. his positive energy is infectious, his smile is literally the happiest thing on earth. his voice is ethereal, i can't even explain it it's amazing.
i can't figure out how to put videos and i don't feel like trying so this is from yt and no it's not my video i can only dream of being that close but vertigo still stands as my favourite khalid song and hearing it live was one of the best moments of my life. i can't describe

i'd say the only downfall of the concert was that the crowd was dead. we were in a stadium that holds thousands of people, and you could tell that over half of them only came to hear his popular songs and that kind of pissed me off. every single person in my section only stood up when one of his popular songs came on, location, yd&b, talk, better, eastside, etc. and it frustrated me because it made it seem as if they didn't care and i care about this man so damn much and he deserved better for the songs that i think are some of his best. i was screaming my ass of while people were mad cause i was blocking their view. they could've stood they had the choice
i knew every single word to every single song that he sang, i was having the time of my life. bought a $90 hoodie (67 for u americans) and totally worth it. the entire concert was literally a dream, i couldn't of asked for a better night.
i can now say that i saw this man when he took these pictures
