Have you ever had to witness the love of your life marry someone else? That's what Y/N Brown was about to do. Her childhood crush/ best friend was about to get married to no one better than her older sister, Serayah. In approximately 30 minutes, they would walk down the aisle in a beautiful flower bedded park with cheering family surrounding them. Everyone gleeful and excited but her. She felt her entire world crashing down right in front of her. Thoughts of running away crying and ruining her sister's big day ran through her mind as she held her train about to walk down the aisle with her. She had always wanted to be a maid of honor, but never for the man she thought would end up with her. As tragic as it was, Y/N was still going to be there for her sister no matter what happens, even though she knows that he feels the same way.
Brandon was currently sweating bullets, his mind filled with doubt and his hands shaking. Nick being his best man, looks at him with the most worried face.
"Hey B, what's wrong? It's your big day, what's going on?" He nudged him.
Brandon faces him with distress written all over his face.
"Please tell me you're not thinking about canceling right now. We are minutes away from your future wife walking down that aisle and you're thinking about leaving." Brandon groaned as his nervous level went down making his angst build up.
"I- I think I'm marrying the wrong girl." He stuttered dragging his hands in his hair.
"What do you mean 'wrong girl' ?" Nick asks as the organ starts playing making everyone stand up.
He's too late.
Everyone watched in awe as Serayah walked down the flower aisle. A beautiful champagne colored dress with a long satin train and when you follow it to the end there stood Y/N in a pearl pink maid of honor's dress holding it. Brandon's breath hitched at the sight of the simple curve-hugging dress on her. They locked eyes for barely a second when Nick finally realized what he meant by 'wrong girl' and nudged him.
"Are you serious B?"
Y/N looked back down at her sister's dress wishing that she could be the one in it. As they reach the wedding arch, Y/N lets go of her sister's dress and takes her bouquet.
Y/N's POV
After seeing him standing there preparing to marry my sister, the entire ceremony was a daze until the official said the words, 'Anyone that believes these two should not be wed, please speak up or forever hold your peace.' I want my sister to be happy so bad, I just couldn't ruin this day for her. No matter how hard it hurt me. The officiant was about to continue but someone finally spoke up.
Third POV
"I'm sorry, but-"
Three words you should never hear from the groom during his wedding. Brandon let go of Serayah's hand and stepped away from her. Gasps and disappointed looks were viewed and heard from all around the area.
"Brandon, what are you doing?" She asked in a monotone voice.
"Serayah Marie Brown, you are the most genuine and amazing woman, I've ever met. But I could never love you as much as I love her." He said stepping towards the one person he cared for more than himself.
"You have got to be kidding me. My SISTER!" She scoffed letting her unprofessional show to the entire park.
"What does she have that I don't?"
Brandon simply replied, "my heart."
Y/N's POV
This is not happening, nope not at all. I'm dreaming, someone wake me up, please. And I suggest you do it now. Wait this is real, oh no.
"Y/N, I've never felt love for someone else, then I have for you. I've always dreamed about marrying my best friend, but I didn't think my actual best friend would be my one true love. The feelings I have for you will never go away. Which is one of the reasons why I was so happy when you said I was going to be a father."
He didn't just say that.
"Excuse ME! YOU'RE GONNA BE A WHAT NOW!"
"She's pregnant."
"You're pregnant?"
"I'm pregnant."
The tears in my eyes masked everyone else's reactions around us, so I could focus on one person. His smile was unbreakable, it didn't faze even though he just opened up a whole can of worms. Then he got down on one knee, the one thing he didn't do for her.
"Y/N, I don't think I can live without you in my life. The way you smile, your contagious laugh and your amazing sense of humor. Fuck that, even if I could I wouldn't. Life without you has been so dull, just the same stupid cycle. When I'm with you, I forget about the entire world, cause you're my entire world. I made the worst decision when I proposed to her after our night together. But I promise I will never do anything to hurt you ever again."
The tears around the garden were free falling, both sides of the families were happier than ever and you could tell.
"How come no one cried when he proposed to me?" Serayah sulked while making her way to the bench.
Today was not her day.
I turned my focus back towards B, realizing he had been holding up the most gorgeous ring in the world.

(#1 is Serayah's engagement ring, #2 is yours.)
"Where the fuck did he get another ring?" Serayah was seriously pissed at this point.
"It doesn't matter how long I've had this ring, I just know knowing its worth, having it on you would make it worth more. I just hope you can forgive me enough to wear it until I get one that matched your pure beauty. So, Y/N, my queen would you do the honor in marrying me?"
