The Next Day

Laura:(Asleep in bed)

Ellen:(walks in her room and sighs seeing her like that) (kisses her forehead and walks out going back downstairs)

Maia:(walks down) Leaving for school (grabs her keys)

Ellen: Maia wait

Maia:(looks at her)

Ellen: Ross is gonna be going to school today and will you please please please not talk to him for a bit, until he's stable again

Maia: What happened to him?

Ellen: He's not.... well him. He's more violent, fragile and not to mess around with. Please do this for me

Maia: Whatever

Ellen: And don't say Laura's name in front of him, he'll snap

Maia: Whatever! (walks out)

Ellen:(sighs)

Knock! Knock! Knock!

Ellen: Maia? (opens the door)

Becky & Jen:(waves) Hi Mrs. Marano

Ellen: Hey girls, come on in

Becky & Jen:(walks in)

Becky: Is Laura ready for school?

Ellen:(shakes her head) I'm gonna pull her out of school for a bit

Jen: What? Why?

Ellen: Just for the sake of both her and Ross

Becky: We understand

Jen: It sucks that she won't be at school

Ellen:(nods) Would you girls do me a favour?

Jen & Becky:(nods)

Ellen: Whatever homework that Laura has can you bring them here?

Becky: Sure

Ellen: Thank you so much girls

Jen: Of course, well we better get to school

Ellen:(nods) Of course, I'll tell Laura you said hi

Jen & Becky:(nods leaving)

Ellen:(sighs) My poor girl

At school

R/N/B/L:(walks in the school)

Bradley: Should we check if he has any weapons?

Luke: Why?

Bradley: Bc last time he nearly tried to kill us!

Luke: Oh yeah

Noah:(rolls his eyes) He's fine. His parents checked him earlier

Ross:(emotionless)

Noah: Hey buddy, you're gonna be alright

Ross:(Sighs walking to his locker)

N/L/B:(follow him)

Becky & Jen:(walks up to them) Hey guys

Ross:(turns to them) (whispers) Laura

Becky:(sighs) She's not coming to school... for a while actually

Luke: Why?

Jen: Her mom wants her to miss a few weeks till her and Ross are good again

Ross:(slams his locker shut mad)

Becky & Jen:(jump scared)

Bradley: Woah man, calm down

Jen: What's up with him?

Noah: Remember? Violence is a phase of his heart break

Jen: Oh yeah

Ross:(starts calming down a bit) (tears up)

Luke: Man don't cry, it's not cool to see guys cry

Noah & Bradley:(hit him) Shut up

Ross:(wipes his tears away)

Becky: It's gonna be alright Ross

Ross:(shakes his head and walks to class)

B/B/L/N/J:(walks to class too)

A few hours later *lunch*

Ross:(sitting at the table just thinking)

B/B/N/L/J:(walks up to the table) Hey Ross....

Ross:(doesn't look up at them)

B/B/N/L/J:(sits down)

Noah: Look man, I know you're hurting but you can't just be like this for the rest of your life

Ross:(Shakes his head)

Bradley: talk to us man

Ross:(Whispers) What did I do wrong? Was I not good enough for her? Is she in love with another guy that is way better then me? What did I do?

Becky: Nothing Ross, you did nothing wrong

Jen: We're trying to figure it out but she's not giving us enough info to tell us

Ross: What did I do?

Luke: Nothing man, are you deaf bc Becky just said it like 10 seconds ago

Noah & Bradley:(hit him)

Ross:(sighs)

Becky: Ross, Laura loves you. We're not sure why she broke up with you in the first place but she loves you and we know that for sure

Ross: No you don't

Jen: We do. When we went to her house, she asked us if you were okay

Becky: She even told us that she loves you

Ross:(smiles weakly but then frowns) She's probably faking it

Bradley: I think it's real

Noah: We'll even go with the girls to Laura's house and prove to you that she did say that

Ross:(Sighs) Whatever (gets up walking away)

Luke: Where you going?!

Ross: HOME!

Luke: Looks like someone's violent again

Bradley:(checks his pockets) Um guys.... where's the pocket knife?

Noah & Luke:(look at him wide eyed)

B/N/L:(runs after Ross)

Luke: Don't kill anyone Ross!

Becky:(sighs) I feel so bad for Ross

Jen: Same here. He's hurting way more then Laura is

Becky: Yeah

Jen: We have got to get a plan for those two to get back together

Becky: We don't have anything yet Jen and it's gonna be a while till we can work on teh plan

Jen: Why?

Becky: You heard Laura's mom. Laura & Ross are both unstable and they need healing, so we got to do it after they're better

Jen:(sighs) I guess you're right but still, I want them to be back together as soon as possible

Becky: So does everyone else but we got to be patient

Jen: I guess you're right

Becky:(nods) And don't worry, we'll get them back together in no time

Jen:(smiles) Okay
