Back home *after the shots*

Laura:(on the porch bench just thinking) (talking to herself) What to do? What to do? (breathes out annoyed) Ugh!

Riker:(pulls in the drive way)

Laura:(looks at him but then looks down)

Riker:(gets out of the car walking up to her) What are you doing?

Laura: Sitting and thinking

Riker: Well can you sit and think upstairs in Ross's room? He's been worrying about you

Laura: He has?

Riker:(nods) He just called me asking if I've seen you

Laura: Oh

Riker: Why don't you go see him. He's really worried

Laura:(sighs) Okay (gets up and walks in the house closing the door behind her)

Riker:(on the other side) Ow!

Laura: Oops (opens the door) Sorry

Riker: Yeah, me too (goes upstairs to his room)

Laura:(goes upstairs to Ross's room) (takes a deep breathe and walks in)

Ross:(looks up from his phone) Laura! (runs up to her hugging her tightly spinning her around)

Laura:(smiles) Hey

Ross:(puts her down facing her) Where were you?! I have been so worried

Laura: I was outside on the porch. You know you could have found me

Ross: I just got really worried that I forgot to do that

Laura:(giggles)

Ross: Rydel said that you have something to say to me

Laura:(eyes widen) She said what now?

Ross: Is everything okay?

Laura:(nods) Yeah! Why wouldn't it be!? I mean of course I'm fine! I look fine! Right?! I'm fine! Answer my question!

Ross: Um.... you're fine?

Laura:(takes a deep breathe)

Ross: Are you alright?

Laura:(nods) Just need to sit down

Ross:(leads her to his bed)

Laura:(sits down)

Ross:(sits next to her) You wanna tell me something?

Laura: Um well.....

Ross: Well?

Laura:......

Ross: You can just tell me Laura, I'll be fine with it

Laura:(thinks: I can't do this to him) I just wanted to say that I love you and I don't know how I could go through all this drama without you. You're my other half and I love you with all my heart

Ross:(smiles) I love you too Laura. I love you to the moon and back but I would go way way WAY farther

Laura:(forces a smile) Good to hear

Ross:(hugs her) You make me the happiest guy ever

Laura:(hesitates but hugs back) Yeah....

Ross:(pulls away a little and kisses her)

Laura:(kisses back still thinking about whether she should break up with him or not)

At night

Ross:(asleep in bed cuddling up to a pillow)

Laura:(packing the last of her things) (looks at him with tears in her eyes) (whispers) I'm sorry (gently kisses his forehead putting the letter on his night stand and quietly wheels her bags out of the house) (looks back at the house one last time) Bye Lynch's (waves a taxi and gets in with her bags)

taxi driver: Where to Miss?

Laura:(Takes a deep breathe) To the airport

taxi driver:(nods and drives)

Laura:(wipes her tears away but more kept coming)

taxi driver:(looks through his rear mirror) You alright Miss?

Laura:(nods) Just take me to the airport

taxi driver: Alright (goes back to driving)

A little while later

taxi driver:(pulls over to the airport) Here we are miss

Laura:(pays him) Thank you (Gets out along with her bags and walks in the airport looking around taking a deep breathe) Goodbye Cali (gets in line to book her flight)

lady: Hello (smiles)

Laura: Hi. I'm looking for a plane ticket

lady: And how many?

Laura:(thinks: Is she this stupid?) Just for one

lady:(puts it in the computer) And where to ma'am?

Laura:(sighs) Italy please
