Lucas POV
After we finished the "Clean up" I got a call from Mika, Natalia passed out after she told Mika something was wrong with our babies. Mon and I rushed to the hospital, when we got there i went to the front desk. "How may i help you?"

"Mrs. Gray." She typed on her computer, " 3rd floor, in the private section. Room 3789." We went to the elevators, I pushed the button and we went to the floor after what seemed like an eternity. We went to the private area, we didn't have to look for a door. Mika came out of the room crying, my world is crashing down peace by peace.

We rushed to her side, "Mika, What happened?" Mon asked, "After, she blacked out and fell, she started bleeding. I rushed her to the hospital, one of the babies died due to her stress and being to over whelmed the fall could've done more damage." She cried harder when mentioning the baby. I wanted to cry but i just couldn't. I went into the room and sat by kittens side, her back turned towards me.

"Natalia." I called out her name to see if she would respond. She turned towards me tears streamed down my face, it hurts seeing her like this.

She patted the empty spot next to her on the bed, I hesitated. "Please?" She whispered, i took off my jacket and crawled next to her. Her head rested on my chest, i wrapped my arm around her comforting her the best way i can. She cried awhile before going to sleep.

2 hours later
The doctor came back and i hadn't moved from my spot, i don't want to. He talked to me about the medication to help with the.....miscarriage. He gave me permission to take Natalia home tomorrow morning, he said his condolences and left the room. Mika came back in, she went to Dan's for the night. Mon went home, I snuggled and got closer to kitten. I went to sleep.

Morning
The spot next to me empty, i heard the bathroom door close. She came out the bathroom wearing my jacket over her clothes, she gave me a small smile. "Good morning." That smile wasn't sincere, "You don't have to fake it, are you ready to leave?" I stretched she nodded her head, she grabbed a medicine tab and walked out the room. I followed behind her.

I signed out and went outside, Mon, Dominique, and Nika were waiting outside. Dominique rushed and hugged Natalia, "Im fine, lets just go home."she chuckled, we went to the car. The car ride was silent.

Natalia's POV
Im not blind to the fact that everyone knows I'm not okay when i said i was, we got in the car and drove home. The tension was thick and it was silent, when we got home I went straight into the kitchen. Lucas said bye to everyone for me and closed the door, "Natalia, ill cook. Just relax and watch tv." He sighed, "It's fine." I sighed, he shook his head and carried me out the kitchen, "ill make crepes or something." He shrugged and nodded my head and went upstairs into Timmys room, He was tugging on the bars. I need to thank Nika for taking care of him. I picked him up and sniffed him, he's clean i went downstairs and put him in his play area. "Lucas i need baby food." He came out the kitchen with baby pudding cups, milk and cheerios. "Okay grandma." I mumbled, i sat Tim on my lap and fed him until he refused to eat more. I burped him, i turned the TV on and watch peppa pig.

I wonder how it would've been if i have 4 babies running around instead of 3.

THATS THE HINT ON HOW MANY CHILDREN SHE WOULD'VE HAD. She was gonna have triplets, now theres two.
