Chapter 10

"Hey, Brave!" Dave called my name while I was jogging around early in the morning. I stopped and faced him.

"What's up dude," we made a fist bomb.

"Nagja-jogging ka?" he asked while wiping his sweat, he was also jogging around.

I shrugged. "Obviously."

"Sungit mo pa rin talaga," he chuckled and shook his head. I didn't react and we just nodded at each other as farewell.

When I already went back to the condo, Arus was already in the kitchen. He was preparing our breakfast.

"Oh, wala kang hangover? Tumitibay ka na rin ah," he glanced at me before returning his attention to the pan.

"Soju's not that strong," I said while getting the water from the fridge. Apollo went out of his room, his hair was still messy and he was massaging his eyes while yawning.

"Brave, board exam na next week. Ready ka na?"

"Uh-huh," I responded while drinking.

"Good luck mga bro! Kaya nyo 'yan," Arus smiled while putting the sunny side ups to the plate.

"Ligo muna ako," I told them and went to my room. I quickly took the towel and went inside the bathroom. It was jus a quick shower since I was already hungry. Nang nakabihis na  ako ay agad akong lumabas ng kwarto.

"Bro, alam mo ba, si Brave at Dream magkasama dito kagabi. Sila lang!" I heard Arus when I went out of my room. I walkes to the dining and saw Arus placing the platter of rice on the table.

"Upo ka na, kamahalan," Apollo pointed the chair using his mouth while he was holding three cups of coffee.

"Sige, utusan," I said and pulled the chair. They laughed. Apollo placed the three cups and we took the cup with the type of coffee that we usually drink.

"Amp, apakayabang!" Arus laughed.

I sipped on my coffee and raised a brow. "May sinasabi ka, manong?"

"Hayop ka talaga," sumimangot siya. We started getting food and eating. We talked about the upcoming board exam until the topic suddenly went about Dream. That fast.

"So you already invited Dream to your birthday?" Apollo asked while slicing the tocino.

"Not yet," I simply said.

"Yet? So may balak ka talagang imbitahin siya bro?" Usisa ni Arus. Ang kulit ng isang 'to, bumabait lang kapag nagre-review kami.

"Why not? There's no reason not to invite her," I shrugged and filled my mouth with rice.

Apollo smirked. "Getting in love now, aren't we?"

"What? No," I denied.

"Liars go to hell," he raised his brow, not letting go of that smirk.

"Go to hell, Apollo."

"I don't wanna see Hades," he chuckled.

"Hindi nagsisinungaling ang mga mata, Brave. Ba't ba sobrang in denial mong punyeta ka?" Arus joined in.

"Why are you all accusing me that I like her?" My brows furrowed.

"Ah, talaga? Hindi mo gusto?" Arus brows shot up, a playful smile was seen on his face.

"Hindi nga," I took a deep breath. They're damn frustrating.

"Hindi talaga?" He smiled even more.
