Detective Sims: Answer the question!

Detective Sims beats up Dagger...
Detective Sims arrests Dagger...

Captain Sonia: I'm a DRU Detective here to talk to you.
Captain Kelso: I screwed up for giving my Detectives the rape case I know, and I accepted to retire at the end of the year, why continue this conversation?
