Captain Sims: What are two LA cops doing here?
Rosie Velasco: We need your permission to capture a Victim named Sockeye, he escaped here.
Captain Sims: Your Chief called ahead of time so I will grant your request, but Detective Roads will back you up.

Detective Roads knocks on the door...
Sockeye opens the door...
Sockeye: Are you here to protect me?
Nick Kang: Yes, all three of us will be your bodyguard.
Sockeye: You two aren't West Virginia cops!
Rosie Velasco: We overheard Padre's men saying they will come here to kill you, we will protect you.
Sockeye: EOD cops working with the MIU cops is rare.
Detective Roads: Padre is a murderer coming to West Virginia soon, it's both of our unit's concern.
Sockeye: By the way, what does EOD stand for?
Nick Kang: Elite Operations Division.
Sockeye: Come in, I'll make you some coffee.
