- Grian is Lapis, Lapis with a cracked gem = Watcher Grian???, loves flying and messing with Mumbo

- Mumbo is a slightly shyer version of Peridot, tall even without the limb enhancers

- Iskall is Bismuth, a proud warrior and weapons Smith

- Jasper is Doc, gets a proper redemption arc tho

-other hermits got corrupted after the war, X and the others are looking for them
