Chapter 4: alive

I stared at the dark sky above me and felt a burning sensation through my body, it took me a moment before I realized I wasn't dead and where I was.

Carefully I sat up straight and looked at the bridge in front of me, no idea how I survived, but the pain was worse than before. I stood up and slowly made my way up again, grabbing my jacket. I could try it again, but I was upset and confused so I walked back to my home.

Sideswipe was parked in front of the house, I quietly sneaked through the garden, trying to avoid sideswipe and sneaked inside. "Sia! Where for Primus sake were you!" Sideswipe hissed worriedly. I felt my heartbeat increase while looking at him from my spot in the darkness. "I was out,"

My voice was hoarse from the pain and I had to control my body from shaking. Sideswipe frowned "I'm gonna sleep and don't pretend you're my boyfriend!" I snapped. "Wait! Come here I wanna see you!" He demanded. I huffed and retreated towards the stairs. Sideswipe growled and rushed after me towards my room, turning in the lights.
"What have you done!" He almost shrieked. I covered his mouth "don't talk that loud!" I snapped before u pulled back. "I wanna know what the hell happened!" He snarled. "I had some struggles~" "Some struggles?!" he spat. "Do you have any idea how worried I was?! what have you done! I won't leave until you told me the truth!" he stated, crossing his arms. I sighed softly and shook my head "Nothing happened! I had some struggles but I am fine..." I stated. Sideswipe studied me "It looks like you followed a boot camp from Ironhide!" he snapped. "I am tired! I wanna take a shower and sleep!" I stated. Sideswipe grunted and watched me leave "I will tell Optimus about this if you don't tell me the truth!" he snapped. "I don't wanna talk about it, Sideswipe! please just let it go!" I said, not even having the strength to argue with him. "I am worried about you!" he said as he stepped in front of me. "I wanna help you! I wanna know you better!" he stated.
"Why? I am not special and for you I am boring! you said it by yourself... I am not social, so why do you wanna spend time with me?" I mocked. Sideswipe grabbed my jaw "I didn't mean that to piss you off!" he said. "Ah, right so this morning when you were mocking me off... it was only to tease me!" I snapped. "Oh, Cassiopeia! I never intend to hurt your feeling or to make you feel uncomfortable!" he said, brushing some hair dirty hair out of my face. "I am really tired... so I am gonna take a shower," I sulked,- turning around.

Sideswipe had waited until I returned and looked at me, I already thought he would stay so wore a shirt with long sleeves. He held the blanket so I could crawl in bed. "You don't have to stay," I mumbled as he covered me and sat down on the edge of my bed and sighed. "Why are you always so complicated?" he whispered. I sighed "My life is complicated," I sighed while closing my eyes, turning my back towards him. Sideswipe bend over to me "I really care about you, Cassiopeia... please realize that!" he whispered. I said nothing and heard him leave, closing the door softly. Outside I heard his alt driving off.

The next morning, I woke up with pain everywhere and wished I was still asleep, though, I got up and dressed up to get ready for school. "Hey, sia? how are you doing?" my mom asked with a warm smile. I embraced her shortly "I am fine," I lied, sitting down at the dining table. "Sideswipe told me you were home late," he started. I shrugged my shoulders "Just hanging around, I'll come home sooner today," I muttered. My mom studied me for a good moment, her dyed blond hair fell a bit over her face while she narrowed her brown eyes at me. "I am fine... really!"

She sighed softly "I want Sideswipe to pick you up today!" she said. I huffed "Why? cuz you don't trust me anymore?" I scoffed angrily. "What is your problem against Sideswipe? Ally likes him!" she said. 'she likes him more then I want' I thought angrily. "There isn't a problem!" I said simply, quickly making some breakfast. She sighed but said nothing, she didn't believe me but I wasn't gonna tell her what I tried last day. I stood up to grab my stuff until my mom walked in again "Sideswipe will bring you and pick you up after school! I am not gonna discuss this with you!" she said grimly.
