chapter 6: no school

It had been a week since Optimus picked me up from the school trip and I was home again, though, he made sure I could help around the base instead of going to school. He taught me some fighting moves and Ironhide taught me how to use guns. Now I had to face my Ally and Sideswipe every day. Seeing them laying on Sideswipe's hood, kissing each other and she wasn't even a nice person, but when Sides was around she was a totally different person.

He never really looked at me, lately, he did, but now he just... totally forgot about me and maybe that was the most painful part, I longed for him so badly it was making my heartache. Jazz and bee stepped next to me. "They seem happy!" Jazz noticed Bee nodded in agreement. "yes they are..." I said, not showing my emotions. Jazz looked at me "You seem... different lately! are you okay?" he asked. Bee looked at me as well "yeah... I am fine, just busy lately! Optimus and Hide are teaching me a lot!" I lied.

Both noded "We are glad you finally work here! and so are the others!" Jazz said. "I understand Sides is happy... but between you and me... Ally is mean and fake!" Jazz said softly so only I and bee could hear it. "Si! it's totally true" Dino said making me shriek and jump away. The Italian mech laughed while his holoform approached. "I am sorry, signora," he said while kissing the back of my hand, making me blush a little.

"I came to collect you!" he said. I frowned a little "Why?!" I asked. "Just to talk! nothing special!" he said while smiling. I shrugged my shoulders and followed him through the halls "So... I have studied you... and maybe the others don't sense it... but by seeing your body language... I can tell you sad... or should I say heartbroken?" he asked. I gulped "I am not..." he cut me off instantly "Don't lie to yourself! you love him!" he huffed.

"Dino, please... Sideswipe never liked me!" I snorted. "Doesn't mean you don't like him," he threw back. "are we gonna talk about this all the time?" I snorted. "You know each of us is gonna teach you something... I am gonna teach you how to spy," he said. I nodded and smiled "Exciting... so now I can give you a spark attack instead of you scaring the hell out of me!" I huffed. He laughed and shook his head "Please! I am so much better," he said while smirking. I huffed and shook my head "Show off!" I snorted.

"But seriously, Cassiopeia... don't think you're not good enough... you know I hate humans... I really don't like them and I also don't like your sister... I can get along with you! I like you but you're the only human I like... so what I am saying to you comes straight out of my spark..." he told me, making me warm inside. "Don't think you're not good enough cuz you're the strongest human I know... if you want something you have to fight for it!" he stated while walking in the training room. I saw his alt-mode parked in the middle.

He sat down on his hood and gestured me to do the same "Now tell me..." he said. "I love him, Mirage! I love him so much and I get so sad and jealous if I see my sister around him! I just wished I wasn't as shy as I am! I wished I told him how I feel and I wished he would choose for me!" I said while a tear rolled down my face. "It feels like I can't live without him! I am lost and he makes me so happy! It hurts me and I can't see him around here! and I know I am egotistical... but I miss him! I long for him," I said before I looked at him. He gave a weak smile and brushed the tear away. "You're not selfish! this is love... and you're pushing yourself aside to make others happy... you're a good person!" he said. I sobbed and leaned into his chest, he never let a human do that, not even Annabel, but now he was fine with it.

"Then what do I have to do, Dino?" I whispered. "I would do everything... just for him to hold me tight to his chest, just to be with me..." I added on, sounding more desperate then I wanted. The mech gave me a sympathetic smile "That bitch has some sort of project, which means sideswipe is alone, maybe you can ask him to watch a movie with him" he suggested. I smiled and brushed my tears away "You're brilliant!" I said. "I know..." he said before his training started.
