I woke up and expected to have pain, but there was nothing. Just nothing. I looked around briefly, and noticed I was alone. My arm had ham infuse and I was connected to some machines. My heart rate quickened a little as I  started to be more awake. What caused the pain remained a mystery to me.

I perked my head up as Sunny walked. "Baby." He kissed me gently and sat on the edge. "What happened?" I asked. "You had three large kidney stones. They were big, really big and caused you the horrible pain. Ratchet removed them and you should feel better. He did say that you need to drink a lot to get possible smaller once out."

"Really? How big is big?"
"10 millimeter..." he replied. "That's quite big." He nodded. "Just try to rest a little bit. Ratchet will speak to you later," he said and pecked my lips. I nodded and laid down comfortably. "Do you stay?" I mumbled. He nodded,— softly rubbing over my cheek and watched me closely until I was asleep again.

When I woke up, Sunstreaker was gone. Saddened, I laid back. I really wanted to curl up against him and nuzzled in his neck, but obviously, he's busy with stuff. I sighed softly and waited. In the meantime, Ratchet had visited me three times and Jolt twice but no twins.

"Hey, Ratchet?"

I got his attention when he strode in to check up on me. "Do you know where the twins are? Are they busy?" I questioned. "Uh, no... they had a patrol but that should've finished an hour ago. Maybe Ironhide needed them," he said. I hummed and sat back, waiting but they never showed up.

I didn't want to be mad at them. There's probably a good reason they are not here. Around 11 PM, I decided to get some sleep and hopefully, I'll see them tomorrow. Before I could settle for the night, Ratchet checked up on me one more time and Jazz popped by.

"Hi."
I flashed him a smile. "Are you okay?" He asked. "I feel fine. No pain." Jazz gave a small nod, "you must be wondering where the twins are, huh?" He sighed. "Do you know?" I asked. "I do..."

"A new Autobot arrived."
I perked my head up. "Really?" I asked. He hummed, "a friend of the twins, they met her in the pits and haven't seen her for millions of years. They thought she died during one of the last battles in the arena's," he stated. "She? Oh, well glad they gave their friend back then."

"I am sorry."
"For what?"
"Telling you this before recharge."
"Doesn't have to."

Jazz sucked in a breath and above his hands in the pockets of his jeans. "You're here and they're with Nightshade," he mumbled. "It's okay. Honestly, I don't want to make a problem out of it. The twins are loyal to me, they love me and it's boring here anyway."

"They could've at least tell you about it or asked you how you were doing," he snorted. "It's okay. I will talk to them tomorrow," I stated. Jazz gave a small nod and embraced me before he left.

The next morning, I wasn't doing so good. A slight pain had returned. Kidney stones are absolutely horrific. The smaller once are nasty and causing quite some discomfort during peeing and in general. On top of this, I had an inflamed bladder as well and made me feel sick.

"I will give you antibiotics and pain relief," Ratchet stated after a quick check-up. I nodded and curled up on my side to relief myself from some pain. The pain never left, even with the pain relief.

I looked up. Sideswipe. I started smiling. This helped to get me in a better mood. "Hi, sweetspark," he said. "Sides, I am so happy to see you!" He hummed, "can you lay down with me?" I asked. "No, I can't. I only came to drop this off, your phone so you're not bored," he stated and showed me. "Oh... uhm, thanks."

He placed it down on the small table beside me. "Ratchet gave me antibiotics—" he cut me off. "That's great! I really have to go. Duty calls but... I will talk to you later," he said and left me here behind. "Alright..." I sighed. I shut my eyes and fell in a pain filled slumber. I couldn't find any peace.

Jazz visited me again two hours later. "Hey, Sia." He says on the edge and studied me. "Hi, Jazz..." I sighed. "You seem to be in agony."
"Yeah, it's fine... don't worry about it. It's not as bad as it was," I muttered. "Have you talked to one of the twins? Or maybe both?" He asked. "Sideswipe, but he only came to drop off my phone. So I won't be bored, that was his statement."

Jazz sighed softly and kicked his shoes aside. He settled beside me and pulled me closer. I rested my head on his chest and wrapped my arm around his waist. "Sideswipe said he had duty," I muttered. "Lies. All lies. He's with Nightshade," he muttered. "I know... why can't he be honest?" I scowled mostly at myself.
"I don't know..."

Having Jazz here really did brighten up my day. He kept me company and made me feel less lonely. The twins? Never showed up nor texted me.
Even the next following days, the twins were off the radar. By now, I did feel a little angry. They don't have to stay all day, but they could at least ask how I am doing, just like I am doing if they are hurt of feel sick.

I was fired from the medbay, Ratchet told me to return if it gets worse. Back in my room, no one there and it was unusual clean. Living with two mechs is asking for a mess and even Sunstreaker is cleaner then his brother, he's still a mech and does make messes sometimes.

After a shower, I laid in bed and pulled the covers over my shoulders, curling up once again. My room definitely some comfort. It's always nice to be back in your own habitat and doesn't have to breath in the smells of the medbay and get checked over ten times a day.
