Never have I thought we'd be separated again. But, here we are. The distance is strange. I'm not used to being apart from you. I'm used to sleeping next to you after a long day or waking up next to you at dawn pulling my blanket you "intentionally" stole from me in your sleep. Now, I sleep and wake up, alone.

The distance scares me. I know it does the same to you. Yet, it also makes me love you more. The times I miss you remind me more of your value - the laughter you freely give as yours have always been contagious,
the comfort you share after a long tiring day,
the kisses I'm so lucky to get any time of the day
the feeling of home inside your arms,
and the love, the unquestionable love you shower me.

I miss you everyday, Love. I wish to sleep and wake up next to you again - or perhaps, not sleep? Cuddle? Snuggle? Giggle?

For now though, from afar, Happy 161st month to us! Remember, you are worth the distance and I look forward to celebrate our special days together again, soon. I love you, always.
