Tiki POV
After Carlos cooled down from getting sprayed by Champ—which Carlos was not happy about, we started walking again.
FEW MINUTES LATER....
"Alright, that's it! I'm done, I'm done walking for today! It is too hot to do anything! I mean even talking is making me sweat!" Carlos yells exhaustedly.
"Carlos get up, your a Royal dragon! Stupid useless dragon. Figures though". I mutter the last part.
He glares at me, " I like the old Tiki better before"
That makes me angry, " ok yeah? Go away then cause weather you like if or not the 'old Tiki' isn't coming back. Consider her DEAD." I yell out at him and turn around.
"Wait, where are you going?" He asks behind me. "You don't know what is out there!"
"Oh yeah, I'm sure you do and the 'old Tiki' did too I bet!" I stop and turn around.
"Yeah and she was more cooperative". He looks at me.
I don't answer him I just turn around and keep walking. Ugh, who needs him anyway? I survived in that ratchet lab for as long as I can remember. He has no idea what it was like. Whatever, now I can just focus on getting to the portal and my freedom.
Champ zooms out and floats right in front of my face. What the h*ll? I moved to one side only for him to block me. I growl lowly and moved again–blocked. I snarl this time and smack him to the side with my hand.
If he is going to be like Carlos, I don't need him either.
I walk deeper and feel coldness splash on my back.
'Let me kill him!' Sasha growls repeatedly until I tell her to calm down.
I spin around and glare furiously at the creature, only to see glowing blue puddles leading into a path. Where did this come from? And where is that stupid creature?
'Follow'. A deep voice repeats in the back on my mind. 'Rest'. Alright, this better lead to the creature so I can kill him.
I walked for a few minutes when I saw a bright light ahead, a lot of it too. I quickened my pace a little and came to a opening.
There are multiple thick mossy trees that seem to be so soft, like a pillow. The air even looks like its misting blue color with little glowing bugs flying around. unusual sized pink glowing mushrooms light up the area, making it feel calming. And a little stream flows throughout the area.
I roam the area until I find that little bothersome of a creature drinking from the fresh looking stream. That's when my thirst comes in and I drink from the stream too.
Once my throat doesn't feel parched anymore I sit back and lay down on a giant rock. I close my eyes for a few minutes when I felt a presence near and I open my eyes. I sit up and narrow my eyes to see anything out of the ordinary...well as ordinary as it gets here.
Everything seems calm until the water starting glowing brightly. The water started whirling like a whirl pool, getting brighter. Until a woman figure rose out of the middle of it. But it wasn't just a woman, it was a shape of a woman made out of water. It started walking on water towards me.
Something isn't right with this water woman. As she gets arms length away from me, I stand up to my height and she is just a little taller then me.
"Who are you?" I demand to know, which probably isn't what I expected to say actually. Then Champ comes out from behind the woman and floats right next to her. what the hike?!
"I am the water deity of this world and it seems that- She looks over my body and I growl at her- that you and this water creature have not bonded yet."
She's crazy, bonded to a water creature? I don't bond with anyone or anything! That's just not who I am or ever will be.
Champ chirps and twirls in the air at the mention of bond.
"You're talking crazy if you think I'm bonding with anything or one." I turn around and start to leave when she talks again.
"The bonding process has already started and you don't even know it."
"What?" I glare at her.
"Tell me, why are you here? You could have just kept going towards your destination. Instead you are here-"
"That's because one I wanted to kill him and two there's this voice in my head that told me to follow" I interrupt her
"That's the beauty of choice, darling. There is always two choice no matter the circumstances. Your first choice is to follow through or run away from it. But I have a feeling you aren't the one that runs away from certain problems. And you chose to follow the path that led you here to complete the bonding process." she says calmingly and I hated it.
"I'm not completing anything that you have just said. In fact, I wish he never followed me anywhere! Like it never existed in the first place!" I can feel Sasha getting restless and wanting to tear this water deity to shreds. I see Champ with a semi looking sad expression.
"As the mother of all water creations that I worship I demand you to bond with this water creature of the night" She commands with more then one voice that can be heard.
I stop walking and rolled my eyes at her. "I can't be ordered around by other supernatural beings."
When I didn't hear a response or a drop of running water I turned around to see nothing. The temperature went up a little more, the water was completely calm, no ripples or swirling, nothing...nothing at all.
"Champ?" I called once I noticed he was no where to be found either. huh, I shrug my shoulders and retrace my steps back to the pathway. Once I got there I heard screams and growling and snarling coming closer.
"Tiki where are you?!" I hear Carlos' voice scream.
