"Is this really necessary brother?" Elijah Mikaelson asked his brother as he paced around the room. "Need I remind we promised not to hurt her?"
"We're not going to hurt her. Maybe we'll just torture her a little." Klaus Mikaelson explained to his older brother.
"Well I want no part in it. I happen to like Mary Beth Gilbert. She hasn't done anything to me." Rebecca Mikaelson said.
"Relax Elijah I'm not going to hurt her. But she is apart of that frustrating group of neanderthals who have made many attempts on our lives." Klaus exclaimed.
"This is ridiculous Niklaus and absolutely unnecessary. We've made peace with the Gilbert family a while ago and there friends." Elijah told him.
"Your truly evil Nik." Rebecca said.
"Yet your still here."
"Oh bug off." She said walking up the stairs.
"Elijah I told them I would get them back and this is exactly how to get them back. They absolutely adore Mary Beth. It's perfect."
"And it is that reason why you should not attack. Mary Beth is adored by her friends and heavily protected by her friends. She's also a very powerful witch. You remember your last encounter don't you? When she took you down alone for making an attempt on Elena's life?"
"I don't care about that time. I'm a hybrid getting to Mary Beth will be easy. If I let them off without hurting somebody then what will be of my legacy?" Klaus asked.
"Niklaus I beg of you don't do this." Elijah tried to reason.
But it was too late. Klaus already had the plan in his head. He wouldn't hurt anyone. He wouldn't kill anyone. He would take her away from them. He would strike where it hurt most. That would teach them a lesson.
