Mackayla groaned as she stretched her legs and arms. "Bro," the boy beside her responded to her actions. "Shut up," she whispered, stretching again. Kairi, who was at the bottom of the bed, fell off, and Mackayla couldn't hold back her laughter.
"Good, you're awake. You need to see this shit," Alejandro handed his phone to Mackayla. Maybe it was because Mackayla had just woken up, but she didn't understand what she was reading, nor why or how it had come about, and she didn't believe it.
"I know you're fucking lying," she handed Alejandro his phone. She reached over Mattia, grabbing her phone from her nightstand.
