Chapter 22

Zoey's pov:

It's Monday and I tried my best to avoid Felix because I don't know if I actually like him or it was just something that I felt at that moment. I walked to my locker and opened it. I grabbed the stuff I needed for the first few classes, and closed my locker door and walked to my class with my head down. About 2 minutes later, I bumped into someone and dropped my things.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to-" I said while picking up my things and looking up to see who I bumped into. I bumped into Felix.

Great.

"You're fine Zoe. That was my fault, I should've paid attention," I nodded. "Um, I have to go to class," He nodded and smiled; "Yeah, I'll see you later,"

"Yeah, bye,"

I walked away to get to class.

Lunchtime

I decided to go to the regular cafeteria and try to find Jeongin because I have a quiz and I don't want to be distracted by Felix. A few minutes later, I finally found him.

"Hey, do you mind if I sit with you?" I asked

"Yeah, I don't mind," He said

"Cool,"

I sat down across from him, and put my head down to study.

"What are you studying?" He asked

"Economics"

"Gotcha,"

A few seconds later, he asked me another question.

"What's wrong? I know that you really aren't studying, you would've been at the library to concentrate more," He asked

I sighed. "Fine. I'll tell you. I-I just don't know how I feel about someone in the 'squad'?"

"Jisung?"

I shook my head.

"Seungmin?"

I shook my head again.

"Ohhh, Felix,"

I nodded my head.

"Is it a good feeling, or is it a bad one?"

"I don't know. I want to say it's a good thing, but we basically met him for almost a month,"

"Oh, so you like him," I nodded. What made you like him?" He asked

I looked up to Jeongin, paused for a second, and said; "The party at his house,"

"What did happen to you two at the party?"

"Nothing at all,"

"Did you guys.... Kiss?"

"No, we didn't kiss. What's wrong with you boy?"

"I'm sorry. Then what made you like him?"

"I guess when Felix told me that I helped him and Olivia feel like they belong here,"

"Aw, that's cute. A lot. Do you ever think that you would tell Felix about this? Your feelings?"

"No. Not right now, until I really know,"

"Take a couple of days to think about it and hopefully you'll make up your mind,"

"Ok. Thanks, Jeongin. I really do appreciate it,"

"Yeah, no problem. So, are you going to homecoming?"

"Yeah, are you?"

"Yeah. I asked one of my classmates and she said yes,"

"Wow, that's great!  Why didn't you tell us?"

"Well, I just wanted to wait. Don't you tell anyone that's apart of the squad,"

"I won't,"

"Promise?"

"Promise,"
