Zoey's Pov:

"Are you ready to go?" Felix asked. He was wearing a black beanie with a loose-fit blue long sleeve shirt, black joggers, white high-top Converse to finish this outfit off. He had his thick winter coat laying on top of his arm.

"Well, you look really cute with this outfit on," I said, walking towards him.

"Stop," He giggled.

"No, I'm serious! You look cute. More than usual,"

"What are you trying to do, Miss Henson?"

I shook my head. "Nothing, trying to hype you up, that's all,"

He smiled. "Well, thank you," He said before kissing my forehead. "Okay, we got to go now,"

"Let's go!"

---

At the Bowling Alley

"Let's go to the arcade first," Felix said

I nodded. "Okay, that's fine with me,"

He took my hand and started pulling me to the arcade section. We bought gaming cards for ourselves and started walking around the area to see what they have.

"Oooo, Connect Four Basketball!" Felix exclaimed

"Loser has to buy lunch!" I said.

"Bet!"

We swiped our cards, and the basketballs started to tumble down.

"You're going down, Henson!" He said staring at the gigantic form of the game board.

"Doubt it, Lee!"

I grabbed a blue ball, shoot it towards the middle of the game piece. It made it in effortlessly

"Boom! Your turn,"

"Aight"

He grabbed a red ball and shot it towards the right end. The ball started to tumble and he missed.

I nodded my head. "Solid,"

"Shush," He whined

"It was only shot. You have more. You have at least 3 more shots left,"

He stepped back. I grabbed another ball and shot the ball towards the middle again. It made it in again.

"You are something, huh?" He said

I shrugged my shoulders. "I mean, my mom did play basketball during high school years,"

"Uh-huh. I thought your brother was the athlete between you two,"

"He is, but I help him practice with basketball,"

He grabbed the ball and nodded.

"I'm going to make it this time,"

"I have faith in you, 'Lix,"

He looked at me. "'Lix? You never called me that,"

"Should I not call you that?"

"You can, it just caught me by surprise,"

"Oh,"

He shot the ball, and the ball made it in. "Yay!"

I gave him a high five. "Good job! Only a few more to go. Maybe,"

"Oh, it's on!"

---

"Oh, this is so unfair!" He pouted

"What?"

"My girlfriend knows how to shoot a basketball!"
