Chapter 47

Zoey's Pov:

Around eight at night, Felix started to drive me home.

"Thanks for a fun two days," I said, looking at him.

He nodded. "Same here,"

I smiled and looked back at the road.

"School is coming back next week. Are you ready?" I asked

"I guess. Not excited for the classes but kinda excited for the squad to be together. We also graduate in about five months, and I'm not ready for that,"

I went silent to process what he said. We actually graduate from high school in a few months.

"Zoe?" He questioned

"Hmm?"

"Are you ready for graduation?" he said, pulling into my driveway

"Um. Well. Um- A part of me us can't wait to graduate, but another part of me wants to wait longer,"

"Why?"

"Well. I-I don't know. I just- I just want to live at the moment. Hang out with the squad, especially you," I took off the seatbelt that was attached to my body and shifted my body towards the Australian boy.

He grabbed my hands and leaned towards me. "Trust me," He started to say. "We're not going anywhere. We'll try to go on more dates. And of course, a special birthday for you,"

"My birthday isn't until next month," I giggled

"What's your point?"

I laughed. "I guess that I have no point,"

"Good,"

He pecked my lips. I smiled.

"Bye," I said while getting out of the car.

He rolled down his windows and scoffed.

"What?" I laughed

"Are you in a rush or something?"

I shook my head. "No,"

"Well, can I get one more kiss?" He asked

I sighed. "Fine, but I have to hurry up because I'm getting pretty cold,"

I walked toward his side of the car door. He rolled down his window and poked his head out of the window. I softly pecked his lips.

"More!" He whined.

"Felix," I softly said

He pouted. "Please?"

"If you come out of the car, maybe,"

I stepped back from the car and stood there, crossing my arms to keep me warm. He sighed and took off his seatbelt, and got out of the vehicle.

He wrapped one of his arms around my waist and placed his lips against mine.

"Bye," He softly said

"Bye. text me when you make it back home,"

"Ok,"

He backed out of the driveway. I sighed and walked back into the house, and went upstairs. I walked to my room and plopped on my bed. I stared at the ceiling, waiting for Felix to text me to make sure he made it home safely. But my eyes started getting heavier and heavier.

Ding.

I quickly grabbed my phone to see the notification.
