Fresh water

I was shocked when I saw Nadia on the cheerdancers's hall. She literally join huh?

Thought pretty faces can only join? But well, Van will never fail me. Nadia is kinda okay, pretty. Napairap ako sa nasa isip ko. Am I actually praising her? Hell nah!

Umayos ako ng tayo habang isa-isa kaming wina-warm up.

Gosh ang sakit ng katawan ko, kailangan pa naming mag stand-still.

I was busy with my self when Nadia join me.

"Hi!" She said.

"Hey." Bati ko ng walang gana.

"Gad gave you bouquet of rose, he must really adore you as his younger sister." Nanlaki ang mata ko.

Younger sister? Gad?

Girl, you dont know a thing.

I mean Gad and I were not a thing? Merong bang kapatid na hahalikan ka sa labi?

We're friends! Well not friend with benefits, but being a younger sister of Gad but he is kissing you is just disgusting, friends? Not bad.

"Yeah." Saad ko lang at sinunod ang sumunod na posisyon ng warm up.

"Well maganda ka nga namang baby sister, you look cute like a barbie doll. Gad and Van must be really fond of you." Saad nya. Pasimple akong umirap bago pekeng ngumiti.

Nagiinit ang ulo ko sa kanya, just a bit of her presence.

"I know i'm that ideal." I said back. The practice started, she can dance but not that good.

Nang magwater break ay ubos na ang tubig ko. I have to go to the fountain pa para lang makakuha ng fresh water. I dont like to buy in our cafeteria 'cause it's expensive tsaka ayokong dagdagan ang kita nila, they are selling their stuff so expensive, sobra na ang kita nila. Ayoko ng dumagdag.

So with that, lumabas ako ng hall. Pero hindi pa ako nakakalayo ng may tumawag sa akin.

"San ka pupunta Aho?" Nadia asked cheerfully. Huminto ako at hinintay sya. She did not do anything wrong to me, so I wont be rude to her.

"Ima just refill this bottle." Sumabay sya sa akin.

"Oh,sama na ako." Saad nya at sumabay sa akin, may hawak na bottle.

Nang makarating kami sa fountain ay may mga grupo ng babaeng naglalaro ng tubig kahit na may lima pang naghihintay para maka refill din ng tubig.

I did waited but my patience is just thin, thin like Nadia. Gosh, we only have 10 minutes water break. Nakakahiya kay Aaia kapag nalate ako.

"Excuse me, can you rush? Hindi lang kasi kayo ang nangangailangan ng water." I said casually with a little art.

They all look at me as if they dont like the way I talk.Well they should deal with it, they are wasting my precious time.

Tumaas ang kilay ng isang babae na pamilyar.

"You again Miss Baho." Saad nya sabay taas ng kilay. "Ayaw ko ng gulo, kaya please lang lumayo ka na." She said like i'm the one who's bbothering her.

"Do I know you?" I curiously asked.

Nanlaki ang mata nya.

"You dont know me or even remember this face?" Maarteng tanong nya.

Gosh clichè bully girl.

Kadiri.

"Look I dont care 'bout you ate, and please my name is Ahonoama not Baho, I dont know where did you get that name." I smiled. "Can you move, so others can get a free fresh water?" I asked politely.

"How dare you?"

Napatingin ako kay Nadia na tahimik lang sa gilid ko. She isn't moving or something.

"Mauna ka na sa pila." Bulong ko, tumango lang sya. Ugh! She is irritating me again! She looks out of place.

"How dare you disrepect me?" Tanong nya ng makalapit sya sa akin, hindi ko manlang napansin.

"Are you respectful?" Tanong ko with pure sarcasm.

God! I'm so good at this.

"Magiingat ka sa mga sinasabi mo bata, may kapit ka lang kaya ka mayabang." Mahinang banta nya tsaka ngumiti at iniwan ako. "Hi Gad!" Rinig kong bati nya sa likod ko. My heart started to beat fast. I dont know why, bigla nalang akong kinabahan.

"Hey!" Saad nya sa mga babae.

Wow!

He stopped when he reach me.

"Morning!" Bati nya at inabutan ako ng isang tangkay ng pulang rosas. "Where do you want to have lunch later?" Tanong nya, not getting bothered by the people watching us.

"Anywhere."
