Holly's POV
I stay in my tree until Katherine comes out and we go to my place. Where I have Mrs Evans invite her in. "So I take it you have a similar plan to mine regarding Elena?" I ask her as we sit in the lounge.
"Barter her, the stone, a vampire and werewolf for my freedom from Klaus" she states.
"So you know where the stone it?" I ask her.
"Yes, but I'm not telling you where" she tells me.
"Well then, looks like we're getting close to the end of this story. Shame I liked Elena, she reminds me of my mother" I say shrugging.
"I thought I reminded you of your mother?" she asks me confused.
"You look more like her with the curls, but Elena is more like her personality wise" I state. "So do you have a vampire in mind?" I ask her.
"I have my eye on a potential new vampire" she says smirking. "Right now I'm going to see Stefan at my doppelganger's house" she states.
"Good luck, he won't be as easily fooled" I tell her. She just smiles and leaves the house. My phone rings and I answer it. "Uncle Nik, it's been to long. Why the sudden call?" I ask him.
"I've heard rumors of you being in Mystic Falls, I find it strange you'd be there. So I wanted to check in" he states.
"I am in Mystic Falls, you'll find out why very soon. Until then I am fine, have you fixed things with Papa Elijah yet?" I ask him.
"No, he's stubborn. But I assure you next time I see him, I'll set things right" he tells me. "I hope we can catch in person soon. Until then, good bye" he says. I say goodbye and hang up. Tyler then calls me to tell me his father died and invited me to his funeral. I agreed to go and Katherine soon came home.
"There's a funeral at the Lockwood Manor tomorrow, want to have some fun?" I ask her. She smiles back nodding her head. She then stays the night and we then go hunting together like old times. I taught her how to be a vampire after she turned, helped form connections to hide from Klaus. But I left after a decade to return to the Originals, they are my family.
(Next day)
Katherine and I arrive at the Lockwood Mansion together. Tyler invited us in and we give our condolences. I then start to fill Katherine in on the puzzle that is Elena Gilbert. When suddenly Bonnie appears in front of us.
"Oh my god! Damon drives me crazy. He's walking around like he's some kind of hero for healing Caroline when it's his fault all of this happened in the first place" Bonnie rants.
"I'm sorry Bonnie. What Damon's done is just awful" Katherine tells her.
"Okay, better. Hateful Damon moment over" Bonnie states. She then touches Katherine and realizes she isn't Elena. "I've got to find Tyler and pay my respects. I'll be back" she tells us.
"Of course, see you later Bon Bon" I say and she leaves. "Don't kill her now Katherine" I tell Katherine before leaving her to deal with Bonnie. I find Matt and go talk to him. "Hi Matt, how are you?" I ask him.
"I'm good" he tells me. We then spot Stefan and Katherine. Of course, Matt thinks it's Elena. "Hey guys" he says as we approach them.
"Hey Matt. I heard that Caroline is doing much better. Her recovery was practically miraculous, you must be so relieved" Katherine says.
"I am. Thanks Elena" he says before leaving us.
"Uh! His eyes are so blue" Katherine says.
"I think they're lovely" I tell her smiling. I've always been a sucker for blue eyes.
"You need to leave now" Stefan tells Katherine.
"You're hurting my feelings, Stefan. Damon was much happier to see me, then again he thought I was your girlfriend so" Katherine says shrugging.
"That was entertaining" I say giggling.
"Okay, I'm not doing this with you both" Stefan tells us.
"Okay, how about we don't have a couple's fight in front of all of your friends? Walk with me" Katherine says.
"Just tell me what you're doing here" Stefan tells her.
"Maybe I missed you" she says pouting.
"Is that a good enough reason?" I ask Stefan.
"What game are you both playing?" he asks us.
"Why, you want to play with us?" I ask him smirking.
"I don't know. How can I play if I don't know the rules?" he asks us.
"No rules, Stefan. Don't you remember? No rules" Katherine tells him. They go outside together. I decide to explore the house and find Tyler drinking from a flask with a man Jenna's age.
"Tyler, who's the cutie?" I ask him.
"My uncle Mason, he's the black sheep of the family" he states.
"Well it's a pleasure to meet you, I'm Holly" I tell him.
"Pleasure's all mine and I'm taken" he states.
"What a shame" I say smiling. "Anyway see you both around" I say and leave. I decide to go to my fountain. Katherine find me at night looking annoyed. "Oh did Stefan hurt your feelings?" I ask her.
"Yes and I'm going to get him back by hurting someone close to Elena" she states smirking. "Any suggestions?" she asks me.
"I heard a rumor of Damon feeding one of her friends his blood today as she was going to die. She's still in hospital and the blood will still be in her system" I state.
"I can use her as my vampire, kill two birds with one stone" she says smirking. "Lets go pay her a visit" she states. We go to the hospital and I lead her to Caroline's room. I then gaurd the door but listen in on their conversation.
"Elena?" I hear a tired Caroline say confused.
"Hey Caroline" Katherine says in a sweet voice.
"What are you doing here?" Caroline asks her.
"My name is Katherine. I was hoping you could give the Salvatore brothers a message for me" Katherine explains.
"What are you talking about? What message?" Caroline asks her confused.
"Game on" Katherine states and I her sounds of Caroline being smothered. I roll my eyes, Katherine had to smother her. She couldn't just snap her neck lick a normal vampire? Katherine comes out and we leave the hospital.
