Holly's POV
I arrive back in Mystic Falls five days later, Isobel would be arriving tonight. I just had to make sure Elijah is daggered. I go to the Salvatore boarding house and see Katherine with Stefan & Damon. "I don't know, you tell me. Is Katherine in the tomb or not?" Katherine asks Stefan. Who then speeds out of the room and I follow him. I throw him off of Elena.
"Seriously, you're going to strangle your own girlfriend?" I demand annoyed. Katherine appears in the door way smirking.
"It's getting really easy being you" she tells Elena as Damon joins us.
"Now seeing as Katerina is here and not in her tomb. You've daggered Elijah, because there's no way he'd of released her yet. But don't far, I have no reason to un-dagger him yet. So I won't" I tell them.
"How can a vampire compel another?" Stefan asks confused.
"He's an Original. They have all sorts of special skills" Katherine states.
"I don't want you here. Get her out of here" Elena tells us.
"You need me, Elena. You all do" Katherine tells her.
"Like hell" Stefan retorts.
"We all want the same thing...Klaus dead. Yet here you all are, running around like chickens with their heads cut off" Katherine states.
"I don't need your help and I don't want it" Elena tells her.
"And that's incredibly stupid of you. Do you know where Klaus is? When he's coming, what he looks like?" Katherine asks.
"You forget I've known him longer then you Katerina" I remind her. "Now Stefan, Elena you both have school. Go, Damon and I shall watch over her" I state pointing to Katherine. They agree and leave. Damon, Katherine and I go to the library. We all sit down and start to read.
"So why aren't you freeing Elijah?" Damon asks me.
"Because it won't serve me in the long run" I state. More like I'd died or be locked in my own tomb for a century. Yeah, I am so not risking that. But I'll still be lectured by Elijah when he is un-daggered.
"How am I supposed to help you if you won't tell me what you're up to?" Katherine asks Damon.
"Can you tell me where a bunch of witches were massacred in this town a couple centuries ago?" he asks her.
"No" she answers as I think 'yes'.
"Then you can't help" he tells her. She tries to grab a journal but he slap her hands. She hits his arm and he pushes her on a chair. He stand above her.
"If it's any consolation, I'm glad that you're not dead" she tells him. "Emily Bennett told me about the massacre. It was a big deal in witch folklore. When a witch dies violently, they release a mystical energy marking the place of their death with power" she explains.
"Elijah wanted to know the site of the massacre" I tell her.
"What was he going to do when he found it?" she asks us.
"I don't know" Damon answers and I shrug. Stefan returns from school. "What did papa witch and baby witch have to say?" he asks him.
"Isn't she gone or dead yet?" he asks us.
"For the last time, I'm here to help. Can we skip the secrets, hmm?" she asks them.
"Elijah had no weapon to kill Klaus but he believed that if a witch could channel enough power...They wouldn't need one" Stefan explains.
"Like the power you get from a spot marked with a hundred dead witches?" Damon asks.
"We just need to find it" I tell them. Stefan leaves and we continue to research.
"Can I help you?" Damon asks Katherine as she leans on the arm of his chair reading over his shoulder.
"I'm bored" she whines and I roll my eyes. "'Emily Bennett was taken by the Council today. They kidnapped her from her home and took her to the same location her ancestors were burned a hundred years ago.' So Emily died on the site of the massacre, too. Does it say where?" she asks.
She tries to take the journal but he moves the book aside to stop her. "Nope. You know this whole friendly, cooperative thing?" he asks her and she hums. "I don't buy it" he tells her.
"Me neither, now I'm going to go to the grill" I tell them and leave. I arrive to see a live band at the grill and Caroline on stage.
"Yeah. You know what, I'm going to sing" she tells the crowd. I frown in confusion, why is she going to sing. She compels the band to let her sing. They start to play Eternal Flame and she sings:
"Close your eyes, give me your hand, darling
Do you feel my heart beating
Do you understand?
Do you feel the same
Am I only dreaming
Is this burning an eternal flame?
I believe it's meant to be, darling
I watch you when you are sleeping

Sun shines through the rain
A whole life so lonely
And then come and ease the pain
I don't want to lose this feeling, ohohoh" she finishes as Matt gets onto stage. "Matt...I..." she's cut off by Matt kissing her passionately and I hide my hurt. Sure we weren't together or friends, but it still hurts to see him with someone else.
I leave the grill and find someone drunk. I pull him into an alley and compel him. Before drinking from him, not being gentle about it. Soon I hear a commotion inside and smell smoke. I compel the guy to forget me and leave. I rush inside to see Jonas stab Matt in the neck with a broken beer bottle.
"No!" I shout and rush over to Matt. I kneel beside him with Caroline.
"Matt! Oh! Oh, my God!" Caroline shouts joining us. "Just breathe Caroline...just breathe" she tells herself.
"He needs blood" I tell her. Her face changes, she bites her wrist and puts it to Matt's mouth. "You have to drink, please" I tell him as tears fill my eyes and tears fill Caroline's eyes too. He keeps looking at her face while he drinks. "Get him out of here, I'll find Jonas" I tell her and leave. Jonas is dead.
I follow his scent to Elena's house and arrive as Katherine kills him. Stefan and Bonnie join us in the bathroom with Jeremy. "You didn't have to kill him" Bonnie states as she kneels beside Jonas.
"Yes, she did" I state. "Though I wish I did it" I add glaring at the dead warlock. Bonnie gets closer to him and goes to close his eyes but suddenly he gets up and grabs her face. She screams and I snap his neck killing him properly. "I'll get rid of the body and Luka's" I state and throw him over my shoulder. I leave and go collect Luka's body. I go deep into the woods and see them both on fire watching them burn.
I take my phone out and call Isobel. "Holly, is he daggered?" she asks me.
"Yes, you're free to come" I tell her. I hang up and call Klaus. "Elijah is daggered and Isobel is arriving tonight" I tell him.
"Good, be sure to find me a body to take over" he tells me.
"I know the perfect person, I'll have him by tomorrow night" I tell him.
"Good job dear" he says. "See you soon" he states and hangs up. I sigh and put my phone away. I decide to sleep outside.
