Holly's POV
I lay on the alter bored. Worst birthday ever. I'm one thousand and ten years old. I can't even spend it with my vampire family. "I'm sorry you're stuck here" Katherine tells me sadly.
"What does it matter Katerina? We are stuck here with no way out until a witch releases us" I remind her with a huff.
"Happy birthday" she says weakly smiling.
"Thank you Katerina, I pray we'll be released soon" I tell her smiling. We then go back to not talking to each other.
(Salvatore House) Third Persons POV
"This has Katherine written all over it" Stefan tells Damon.
"Katherine's in the tomb with Holly. Trust me; I'm the one who shut them in" Damon tells him.
"Did you?" Stefan asks him.
"They're in the tomb, period. End of story but she did say something to me right before I shut her in. I thought she was lying" Damon explains.
"What did she say?" Stefan asks him
"Elena's in danger" Damon answers.
"What? And you didn't think you should ask her to elaborate?" Stefan demands.
"Everything she says is a lie. How am I supposed to know if she's gonna start spouting out the truth?" Damon shots back.
"We have to go talk to them" Stefan states and Damon stops him.
"No, no. Let me tell you how that's gonna go: We're gonna go ask them for help, they're gonna negotiate their release. Which we're gonna be dumb enough to give to them and they're gonna get out and kill us! This is exactly what they wants" Damon explain.
"I don't care, it's Elena" Stefan tells him and leaves. But instead of going to see Katherine and Holly. He goes to find Bonnie, who does a location spell. He and Damon then go to free Elena.
(Meanwhile Elijah had sent Holly a text saying he'd be late for their meeting. As something important has come to his attention. He started to drive to the rendezvous point)
(At the house)
"Why am I here?" Elena asks Rose.
"You keep asking me these questions like I'm gonna answer them" Rose tells her.
"Why won't you?" Elena asks her.
"There's another one" Rose drawls.
"You got me, okay? It's not like I can go anywhere. The least you can do is tell me what you want with me" Elena tells her.
"I personally want nothing; I'm just a delivery service" Rose states.
"Delivery to who? Elijah? And why did you want Holly?" Elena asks her.
"Two points to the eavesdropper" Rose says not answering her question.
"Who is he? Is he a vampire?" Elena asks her.
"He's one of the vampires, the originals and Hollyann's sire" Rose states.
"What do you mean the originals?" Elena asks her confused.
"Again with the questions. Haven't the Salvatores or Hollyann been teaching you your vampire history?" Rose asks her.
"So you know Damon and Stefan also?" Elena asks her.
