Mariposa hadn't told her brothers that she was coming down to New Orleans with Klaus Mikaelson in tow. Mariposa was stood in a bar, at the bar waiting for Klaus as the vampire she knew as Marcel sang on the stage with vampires all round the place, with her brothers close to the stage. Klaus said that he'd be along soon, that he was just running slightly late. She just hoped no one noticed her before Klaus came in.

Mariposa was growing impatient, and just as she was about to leave to try and find him, he walked through the doors and she joined him. "Finally." Mariposa said sourly. "Do you know how long I've been waiting for you to grace us all with your wonderful presence?" She asked.

"Mar-"

"Quite a long time." She answered her own question.

"Clam down a little, Maria." Klaus told her. "I was just having a chat with a local witch." He told her. "You know how the witches like to take their time." He said as Marcel got off the stage as the audience cheered. Mariposa rolled her eyes as the two of them watched Marcel walk over to her brothers and another vampire.

Shortly after, the vampires around Marcel and her brothers noticed Marcel staring at something, and their gazes followed his and they all found their eyes land upon Klaus and Mariposa. Her brothers widened their eyes upon seeing her.

"Klaus?" Marcel asked.

"Marcel." Klaus acknowledged the vampire.

"Must be 100 years since that nasty business with your papa." Marcel said.

"Has it been that long?" Klaus asked as he walked closer to them all as Mariposa stayed where she was, leaning against a small pillar.

"The way I recall it, he ran you out of town." Marcel told the Original hybrid as he walked towards Klaus, and Mariposa kept her gaze on them both, ready to help Klaus if Marcel even thought of harming him. Mariposa wouldn't stand for her brothers friend harming her best friend. "Left a trail of dead vampires in his wake."

"And yet how fortunate you managed to survive." Klaus told him. "My father, I'm afraid, I recently incinerated to dust." The vampires and her brothers all stood up and took a step closer to Marcel. Mariposa raised a brow and tilted her head to the side, letting them all know she would take them all down effortlessly if they tried anything.

"Well, if I had known you were coming back in town, if I had a heads-up-" Marcel began to say.

"What....Marcel?" Klaus asked as he stepped closer to the younger vampire. "What would you have done?"

"I'd have thrown you a damn parade." Marcel answered before he chuckled and pulled Klaus into a hug, which Klaus returned to Mariposa's surprise. "Niklaus Mikaelson. My mentor, my saviour, my sire. Let's get you, and the lovely lady behind you, a drink." Marcel walked over to her. "Marcel Gerard, nice to see you again. Maybe this is the point where I finally learn your name?" He held his hand out.

"Mariposa Le Fay." She introduced herself with a small smile as she shook his hands. "Nice to see you again." Her brothers both walked forwards.

"Sis." They said in sync and she brought them both into a tight hug and kissed their cheeks.

"It is good to see you." Marcel told Klaus as he sat at the table with them both, while there were various vampires all around the place, along with her brothers around the place as well.

"It is good to be home." Klaus replied. "Although please tell me the current state of Bourbon Street is not your doing." Klaus said as Mariposa took a drink from her glass while Marcel began to laugh heartily.
