Mariposa was sound asleep in her bed back at her home, when Damon opened her bedroom door and sighed upon seeing her still asleep. "Rise and Shine, Marie." Damon said loudly as he threw the curtains open. Mariposa groaned as she opened one eye and lifted her head to see Damon smirking over at her.

"Go away, Damon." Mariposa mumbled sleepily as she pulled the covers over her head, only to have Damon pull them right back off of her. Damon dropped it to the floor as she sat up. "You're a dick." She told him. "You know that, right?"

"Yeah, yeah." Damon dismissed her with a wave of his hand. "Get up, get dressed and then we'll go to the house." He told her as he walked towards her bedroom door to leave her to do what she had to.

"Why?" Mariposa asked as she picked the duvet up off the floor and neatly put it back on the bed, and smoothed it out.

"No questions asked." Damon told her as he pulled a face. "Asking questions leads to taking more time than needed and than necessary." He left, but then popped his head around the door. "Hurry up."

Mariposa began to mumble stuff under her breath about him being a dick, and him not respecting people's wishes to stay in bed and relax, especially since she had been held captive for the past few days by two psycho immortals - who she had kinda grown to like, but that wasn't the point. "I can hear you." Damon's voice said from downstairs and she simply rolled her eyes at the man.

"October 1852." Damon spoke to his brother. According to Elena and Stefan himself, he had regained his memories and was no longer clueless to who they all were. Mariposa had no idea why she was with them for something as simple as this, but all that time ago in New Orleans, she made a choice. That choice was to stick with the Salvatore's instead of the Mikaelson's, and she stood by that choice.

Besides, Mariposa remembered when she first got close to the Mikaelson's and when she got close to them for the second time, they just involved her in what was happening with them and around them, she guessed this was just them showing her that she was now one of them. Maybe not close enough to be classed as family - like with the Mikaelson's - but close.

"You broke my nose trying to teach me how to throw a right hook." Stefan replied to his brother as Mariposa scoffed from beside Damon.

"But not on purpose." Damon told them all. "Just to be clear." He said as he looked between Mariposa and Elena, trying to clarify that point specifically. Elena chuckled softly from behind Mariposa. "How much did you pay for that hunk of a junk motorcycle that you ride?" He asked.

"That's a trick question." Stefan replied. "You brought me that motorcycle, although I'm guessing it was pretty expensive."

"So Tessa just gave you back your memories, no strings attached?" Damon asked his brother sceptically as Mariposa just listened and watched the two brothers talk.

"Well, it's wasn't exactly a gift." Stefan told his older brother. "It was a lot to take in all at once,  everything from blowing out the candles on my first birthday cake to....drowning in a safe." Mariposa's eyes travelled to the glass in his hands and saw his knuckles had gone white and spied the glass shaking ever so slightly, since he was putting too much pressure on the glass.

"Stefan?" Elena asked just as the glass in Stefan's hand smashed, and Mariposa looked to his glass filled hand with a raised brow.

"Whoa!" Damon said with wide eyes. "Easy there, buddy."

"Stefan, where did you go?" Elena asked the vampire softly.

"Uh....all of that, and I still can't remember my own strength." Stefan told them all with a small chuckle and Mariposa pursed her lips as she raised her brows in an awkward manner. But then, all of a sudden there was a thud, and Mariposa looked over to where it came from. "What was that?" He asked.
