The Kissing Booth Why Now?

This exert is from chapter 77 it is what I kept writing last night and didn't feel right so I slept on it and have changed it.  I thought you all would like to see it anyway.  9/9/20

I realized that I posted what I had changed it to instead.  Here is the one form last night.  Let's try this agian.

Noah looks around "where do you want me to start." "From when she left to go to bed." Noah nodded "well once Shelly left the pool the guys gave me grief about Shelly being in a bikini well mainly Norman...wait earlier tonight we were at a ball." "What does that have to do with what happened when you all were at home?" "He did something then too. Our moms blindfolded Shelly and when they walked into the hall she was complaining about her dress and how I would hate it and that she didn't want any other guys' eyes on her. I smiled as I approached Shelly and kissed her along her jawline up to her ear and told her glad to hear that. She instantly kissed me without taking off the blindfold. I knew that she figured out it was me because one she smelled my cologne and two she recognized my voice. She knows my voice since she has heard it since we were little. As for the cologne she admitted to me at a kissing booth that she was tricked into participating in and was our first kiss that she knew it was me from my cologne even though she was blindfolded. Well, later that night of the ball while Shelly was leaning against a wall Norman kissed her neck causing her to slap him. I let it go because I didn't want to make a scene at the ball but later I planned on confronting him later."

He shook his head "we eventually ended up at the pool and that is where I confronted Norman. I had him pinned against the wall telling him off about touching my girl and assaulting her. He tried to claim that he wanted to test her to see if she was faithful and then told me she passed with flying colors. I warned him to never touch her again and that I never doubted her fidelity. It was then I noticed he couldn't keep his eyes off her and I yelled at him to stop staring at my fiancee. When I glanced at Shelly she was wearing my senior year jersey and a pair of shorts. I knew that she heard me complain about him staring and him thinking it was ok to stare because she was in a bikini. Eventually, we all ended up in the pool one of our friends made a comment about my jersey telling me my former high school wanted to put it on display. I guess Shelly heard because when she went in, she threw it in the washer." I smile up at him "You knew." "Yep, that would be the only reason you were wearing my junior year jersey to bed." I snuggled into him more and he just chuckled "well as I was saying I stayed outside with the guys while Shelly went in to get ready for bed."

I sat there
