130. WHY IS IT ALWAYS ME

He looks around and sighs "how do you know the long-distance will work?"  I shake my head "hello, Noah is all the way in Boston.  We make it a point to always contact each other at least once a day.  Most of the time it is multiple times a day to let the other person know we are thinking of them even if it is just a text saying just that."  "So, I should not have broken it off with Maddy."  "Yep, especially if she was willing to try and work it out."  He sighs and walks out the door with his head hung down and I turn to the girls "let's stop the pranks."  The girls all nodded and of course the guys all relaxed.  Little did they know there were still two more pranks set up, and nothing would stop them.

I decided to head up to our secret hideout and think about what had been going on in my life.  I do not understand how it is that I am always the one that gets singled out.  I always make sure to let members of the opposite sex know that I am engaged to Noah and do not want anything to do with them if it involves anything other than friendship.  It didn't take long before my phone pings, and I noticed the gang asking me where I was hiding.  They admitted to knocking on Noah's bedroom door as well as heading to my house to find me with no luck.  I just messaged Lee letting him know I needed time to think and was in the clubhouse.  After sitting there contemplating why I am always singled out I headed out to find the gang.  As usual, they were all at the pool hanging out since it was a beautiful spring day.  

I walked out and Lee instantly walked up to me wrapping his arms around me "you ok."  "Yeah, just wanted to think about why it is always me."  "I think it is because you are beautiful and look and act innocent so they think you are easy pickings.  Since my bro is not here they do not realize that you are madly in love with him.  They do not see how much you love each other.  So, don't take it to heart Twin you are not doing anything to make them think you are available." Smiling up at Lee "Thanks Twin."  The rest of the day we all just hung out and had a blast.  I could not wait until Noah was finally home.  Having him home would really help me letting everyone know I am not looking for anything other than friendship.

I drifted off to sleep that night thinking about Noah finally being home so I could snuggle into his arms.  That has always been my most favorite thing to do whenever I am with him.  He has told me multiple times that he feels the same way.  I slowly started to wake up the next morning and realized someone was laying next to me  I couldn't help myself and snuggled in closer to the person on my bed and took a deep breath.  "Lee, why are you here you know Noah, and the rents said no more sharing a bed.  Also, why in the world are you wearing Noah's cologne."  I hear a chuckle and the chest I am layin on moves.  "I am not Lee and he better have not snuck in here to cuddle with my hot, sexy fiancee."  I instantly sit up and look down to see Noah laying next to me.  "What in the world?  When did you get here?"  He smiled really big "I got in at midnight.  I know you thought it was going to be noon when I told you twelve."  "You pranked me."  "No, I did not prank you.  I wanted to surprise you.  Plus you started rambling about all the things you were going to do this morning before picking me up at the airport.  I just let you believe what you wanted to believe."

I glared at him "you are so not funny."  He smirked at me "I love you."  I smiled "I love you too."  "So, I guess you are going to be with me when we go shopping."  "Wait what for?"  I smiled at him "well, our mom's wanted to take us girls to look for bridesmaid dresses and my wedding dress."  "Shelly I am not supposed to see your dress before the wedding plus I thought you already did that."  I shook my head "you will not see my dress.  I just want you there for the bridesmaid's dresses.  Once we have those you will leave and I will look for my dress.  As for doing it before we did but unfortunately the dress shop's roof collapsed and all the dresses were destroyed.  They gave us a refund and now we need to look for new dresses."  "What if you don't find a bridesmaid dress are you not giving up on looking for your dress?"  "No, I will just make you wait outside."  "Come on Shelly please."  "Nope."  "Why are you doing this to me?"  "Because I missed you and want to be with you.  "Ok fine."
