127. SPRING BREAK EVE

After finalizing the decorations Noah headed off to school.  Martin became a member of our crew and actually ended up dating a girl in our AP classes.  Yep, he ended up in all my classes.  Vanessa wasn't happy since he was fresh meat and really handsome and wouldn't give her the time of day.  Go figure he was a lot like Noah when it came to preferring girls with a brain.  The only difference was that he likes the fact that she was shy and quiet.   After spending so much time with his sister the drama queen he said she was a welcome change.  It was funny seeing her around our group in the beginning since she would just sit back and watch what was going on around her.  Oh, yeah I completely forgot to tell you her name.  Well, anyway it is Jessica.  The only good thing about her joining the group on her end was that we had spoken a few times.  Now granted it was mainly when we were assigned as partners for projects but it did help her to slowly open up to us girls.  Now leading up to Spring Break the guys decided to prank us girls.  Yeah, they figured I would not get them back because of Jessica. 

See two days before spring break they decided to get all of us while we were lying out by Lee's pool.   The whole lot of them snuck up behind us and dumped ice buckets over us.  Even though Martin wasn't really allowed friends because of his sister's sabotage there was one person she couldn't keep away from him and that was their cousin Thomas.  Martin had decided to introduce him to all of us and invited him over.  Yep, he was the one who got me.  Once the water had hit us of course we screamed and jumped up.  After calming down I glared at all the guys "who's idea was this?"  Lee gulped as his eyes bugged out "shit I should have known not to do this.  Damn it Martin I told you not to get Elle."  "Why not?"  Eddie groaned "dude we told you to leave Evans alone."  "OK, again I will ask the same question why?"  Duncan shook his head "Evans here is known as the Buckner Prank Queen."  

Smirking I look at all the guys and hold up one finger and cackle as I motion for the girls to follow me.   Once we all made it to my room at my house I see the rents and Brad.  One look at us my dad and Mathew shake their heads "ok, what did they do?"  Lois yells "THEY DUMPED BUCKETS OF ICE WATER ON US AS IF IT WAS THE DAMN ICE BUCKET CHALLENGE."  Brad shook his head "hey some guy named Thomas posted it online and tagged everyone."   "DO NOT LET THOSE DORKS IN THIS HOUSE."  Motioning for the girls to follow me we made our way to my room.  Luckily my mom and June are way ahead of us.  "Girls get the clothes."  I cackle "ok, girls I won't be wearing what you guys are since Noah wasn't part of this prank but as for you all...follow me."  I led them to the secret stash of clothes and let the girls pick out their change of outfits as I went to my room and changed. 

Jessica walked in with her clothes on "uhm, Martin will hate this.  He said he hated when his sister dressed like this since to him it was like all she cared about was sex."  "I am not saying you have to wear that outfit but it will make him mad and maybe he will not prank you next time.  Plus you can easily say that since he got your clothes wet you had to wear what I had that fit you."    "Oh, ok I can get behind this."  Patrice walks in "plus remember he doesn't have to know about the secret clothing stash.  He will believe that the only reason those clothes are too short is because of the height difference between you and Elle."  She nodded "true.  He can't fault me for being 5'9".  While Elle is..."  "Hey, it is not my fault I am only five feet tall."

Jessica smirks "hey Elle how are you getting Thomas today."  I grin "Oh, he is going down through fear."  I grab my phone and hit speed dial 3.  Don't give me grief my dad is one and my mom is two.  As for Lee, he is 4."  I wait as the phone rings  "Shelly are you, ok baby, I saw the video."  I let the waterworks start "no I am cold, and as you saw I almost fell off the lounger.  He really scared me, Noah."  "I will take care of it bye."  All the girls fell laughing "damn Elle your good.  But that is so mean.  I can not believe you would sic Flynn on him."  "Oh, come on cuz you should know me by now.  Plus I am pretty sure Noah knows that I want him to scare Martin and Thomas.  I am pretty sure he knows it was fake."  Jessica smirks "I say the next prank should be us buying the guys jelly doughnuts and filling them with ketchup."  I choke and start laughing my ass off.  "Damn that is a good one."  We all took off and headed to our local bakery and bought four dozen jelly doughnuts.  After we had the doughnuts we ran into the local pharmacy and bought some syringes and ketchup.  Of course, we had the girls send their guys pictures of them in their outfits in town and the texts they received were hilarious.  The guys were actually demanding that they return home.

"So, we are heading home right, Elle."  I shook my head "no the park.  The guys will be waiting for us outside and will not give us time to load these up with ketchup."  We started the assembly line and as some of us were pulling out the jelly from the doughnuts the rest were filling them up with ketchup.  We even put a little jelly back in after the ketchup so they were not any wiser.  Once we were done we headed home and I made sure to hold on to the ketchup-filled donuts as the girls gave them the real donuts.   Yep, I knew Lee too well.  He refused to take the donuts that Jessica had and grabbed mine.  "Nice try Twin."  "Damn, he got me, girls."  We all walked into Lee's house and I made my way to the rents and winked.  Mathew knew what was up and pulled out his phone and set the internal cameras to record.  We all waited as they all grabbed a donut and bit into them...

NPOV

I heard my roomie laughing and shaking his head as I walked into our dorm room.  I could hear "shh, yes they are recording.  We have to be really quiet or my Twin will hear us."  All of a sudden I hear a bunch of girls screaming and I could have sworn one of the girls was my Shelly.  Sure enough one of them was my Shelly and the only reason I knew that was I heard "who's idea was this?"  I pull out my phone and see that Shelly is tagged in a video and I watch the guys filling up the buckets then I hear Lee talk about the cameras and Shelly.  I shake my head thinking bro you are so stupid.  Why oh why would you prank my fiancee when you know what she is capable of.  I soon here shelly ask whose idea it was.  Next came Lee  "shit I should have known not to do this. Damn it Martin I told you not to get Elle."  "Why not?" Eddie groaned "dude we told you to leave Evans alone." "OK, again I will ask the same question why?" Duncan shook his head "Evans here is known as the Buckner Prank Queen."  

I watched as Shelly held up one finger and had the girls follow her to her house.  I knew that she was going to start planing a week of pranks to pull on the guys.  I am just glad I am nowhere near them right now.    What I do want to know is who the hell is that asshole that pranked my girl.  I saw how he couldn't keep his eyes off her and he better stay the hell away from her.  My roomie looked at me "so, you saw the video."  "Yep, and if I know my girl all the girls in that video will be dressing a little more risque than they normally do."  "What about Elle?"  "Oh, she won't since I was not part of the prank."  "Are you sure?"  "Yes, I know my girl."  "Really?"  "Yep, she should be calling me soon and pretend to be crying and all upset about the prank to get me to go all caveman on the guy who pranked her."  "Why would she do that?"  "In case Lee is listening." 

Sure enough, my girl calls me and she is letting the waterworks go really hard and even giving me details about how she almost hurt herself.  Of course, I went along with her plan.  Hell, she is my fiancee and anytime she wants me to act like a caveman I am all game.  Especially if I can yell at a guy that thinks he can mess with her.  Once we hang up I call my illustrious brother.  "WHAT THE HELL BRO.  WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU LET SOMEONE PRANK MY GIRL."  I head him gulp "bro she wasn't supposed to be part of the prank."  "WHO THE HELL MADE HER PART OF THE PRANK."  "Uhm Martin."  "LET ME SPEAK WITH HIM NOW."  I heard mumbling in the background than "shit she told Flynn."  "Nope, Thomas posted it online."  I heard all the groaning and couldn't help but smirk.  Damn even hundreds of miles away they are still scared of me."

"Uhm, Flynn look I didn't think you would get upset about us pranking Elle."  "Really I thought last weekend you would realize I don't like anyone messing with my girl."  "Look my cousin wanted to prank someone so I let him prank Elle."  "Really that is all it was because from what I saw in the video it seems like he has a thing for her."  "No, he doesn't he knows she is engaged and understands that she is madly in love with you."  "I want to speak with him."  I heard shuffling again and then "look dude it was just a prank."  "Prank really.  My fiancee almost got hurt and she can't afford to get hurt because of soccer and our wedding coming up."  "You're really getting married."  "Yes, stay away from her, and don't you dare prank her again or you will be answering to me.  Ask the guys what I do to people that mess with my fiancee.  Hell, ask them how I was before she was mine."  

"Please you don't scare me."  "Listen I mean it stay away from my girl.  Just so you know if you don't once she is done making you pay I will have my turn."  I hung up the phone and smirked: "now let's see if he listens."  My roomie shook his head "dude what will you do to him."  I laughed "oh, not me but the guys at Buckner."  "What do you mean?"  "Hey, I am Flynn if I ask them to make him pay for messing with Shelly they will make him pay.  I may not be able to touch him because I am here and a legal adult but..."  "You can get your old buddies to make his life a living hell."  We both started laughing and could not wait to see what my girl had in store for her first prank.  Well, I guess me messing with him was her first prank but that was just the beginning.
