The Kissing Booth Why Now?

14. THE PRANK QUEEN 2 *

As we all sit down my mom looks at me "ok, so you still prank Lee when he makes you mad?" Lee starts to pout "yes she still does Mary she is so mean to me." I look at him "well you know better. It is not like this is the first time I dyed your hair." He glares at Noah as he says "what makes this funnier this is the fifth time she has dyed his hair the same way." My mom shakes her head "Lee how is it that she is able to get you?" "I don't pay attention. I also think that there is no way she will use the same prank on me as the first prank." We all started showing my mom pictures of Lee from all the pranks I had pulled. She was cracking up laughing "I can not believe that you keep ticking off Elle Lee." I just smirk at him wait till you see the next prank. I couldn't help myself and started laughing when he gave me a horrified look.

As we all continued to tell her stories of my pranks that I have played on different people. She couldn't believe I was able to get the queen bees of our school. She even thought the fact we called them the OMG's was hilarious. Lee sat there telling my mom how I had snuck into the locker room and added die to their shampoo, and body wash. The good thing was I had heard them talking about what the names of their products were and was able to buy die to complement their products. When they walked out of the showers they freaked. I had made sure to set up a camera to catch their faces and it was hilarious. I even had a camera pointed at the locker room door to record them exiting right in the middle of the mob I had set up. I had made sure to lock all the other doors with the help of my trusty twin. He was good friends with the janitor and was able to get him to help out. So the OMG girls had to walk out the door I had the entire football team waiting for them especially Noah.

Noah chuckled "the look on their faces when they saw me standing there was hilarious." I giggled "yep, and they finally got my damn name right." My mom looked at me "what do you mean?" "Oh, up until that moment they always called me Ellen. They actually yelled Elle you are so dead. I just laughed at them Now you get my name right." "So, did they pay you back?" Lee snorted "nope they were not dumb enough to prank her back but they thought if they ignored Elle and told people if they invited Elle to parties they wouldn't go would make her a social outcast. Little did they know no one liked them and so they invited Elle anyway and were stunned when they were told so who wants you there. You three ignore everyone except Flynn." My mom shook her head "you took down the queen bees." Shrugging my shoulders I looked at her "I never meant to. I was only trying to pay them back for always calling me Ellen and using me to try and get Noah to do the kissing booth."

My mom still couldn't believe that it was a kissing booth that got Noah and me together. She also was not happy that Lee had gone out of his way and kept me and Noah apart. She looked at him "so, did she prank you for keeping her and Noah apart?" I laughed "no, I just gave in because he is my bestie.  Eventually, after I explained to Lee about how we felt for each other he realized he shouldn't keep us apart and said as long as I was happy." She smiled at Lee "well at least you learned your lesson." "Yep, I did." We spent the rest of the meal catching up with the Lee's. My mom was proud that Jea' wi finally stepped up and was helping his mom in the restaurant. She couldn't believe that he was married. Yeah, go figure Jea' wi was eight years older than me. That is why deep down inside the idea of dating him was so wrong. Plus he only ever flirted with me to get a rise out of Noah and Lee. It was during this time Lee admitted that after Noah's confession at Prom he had an epiphany that the main reason he didn't want Noah and me together was that he didn't want to share me with anyone. He knew that if I had a boyfriend he would steal me away from him and I wouldn't be there for him whenever he wanted.

It wasn't long after we left the Lee's before we were all heading to the airport to send Noah off. After saying bye to the rents Noah pulled me close "I am going to miss you, Shelly." "I will miss you too Noah. I love you." "I love you too Shelly. I should be back for Thanksgiving." "Ok, I will look forward to then." He pulled me in close and gave me a mind-blowing kiss before he walked off to his flight. I met up with the family and we all headed out "baby girl are you O.k." I looked at my mom "yeah, I am. It is just hard saying goodbye. I just remind myself he will be home soon and that hopefully I will be in Boston with him next year." "Really?" "Yep, I have already applied to Harvard, Tufts, BCU, and of course UCLA." "Nice now where do you really want to go?" Lee laughs "Harvard, of course, she plans on following in your footsteps." "Really, baby girl." I smile "yep, and if you don't, believe me, you can ask dad or Mathew and June." She just smiled "I am honored you want to be a lawyer just like me and June.  Now that I think about it someone did mention something about you wanting to be a lawyer that first night we spoke." Once we made it home my mom jumped into her car and took off to her house since she and dad were still trying to figure things out. I knew deep down inside we all wanted them back together but I also knew that they needed to make sure they loved the people they had become and not get back together for the sake of being together.

My next act required me to make sure that Lee was so exhausted that he would pass out cold and I would not have to worry about him waking up. So, once my mom left I convinced Lee that he should start working out with me so he could bulk up since he was still a single guy. Yeah, he had met that girl but even though she said she understood she really didn't and broke up with him when he wouldn't stop talking to me and demand that his family push me away. She even wanted Lee to convince Noah to break up with me. It was at that point Lee figured out she used him to get to Noah and she was pissed that she didn't have as much control over him as she thought. Just to make doubly sure he was knocked out I spiked his sports drink with a sleeping pill. Once he was passed out I dressed him in a bikini with the help of Brad. I knew Noah would kill us both if I saw Lee's junk so I had Brad pull of Lee's boxers and pull on the bottoms.

With his body lacking hair thanks to the Nair, it was perfect. I took my pictures and decided to put him on a pool float in the middle of the pool. I headed home and made sure I set my alarm clock early. Once I was up I got dressed for school and snuck over while he was sleeping after grabbing my stuff for the day. When I walked in June and my mom were talking about getting her life back and they looked at me. "Elle, why are you here so early?...wait what did you do to my son?" I giggled "he is in the pool." We all walked out and June and my mom covered their mouths trying not to laugh. I looked at June just as Mathew walked out "so, let me guess Elle this is your handy work?" I looked at Mathew "yep." He smirked "well I have the cameras on. When I went to wake him up and saw him gone I figured you did something and looked for Lee and when I found him I turned on the cameras. Before you ask yes you can have the footage." I grin and pull out my air horn from my backpack and pressed the button. Lee jumped and ended up in the pool and we all lost it. We were laughing so hard Lee glared at us "really Shelly and how the hell did you get me in bikini bottoms because if you saw me naked two things come to mind." "What's that Lee?" "One so gross you seeing me naked and touching me naked and two Noah will kill us both." I grinned and heard Mathew "yeah I have to agree there." I shook my head "Brad changed the bottoms since he pranked me and I made him change Lee so I wouldn't prank him." Lee climbed out of the pool "what did the Little Man do?" "Oh, the other day he came into my room and farted in my face while I was sleeping to wake me up."

He snorted and shook his head "what time is it anyway?" I look at my watch and tell him "six-thirty." He shook his head "the only time you are ready on time is when you are pranking me." While Lee was getting ready I pulled all the footage took my stills and uploaded everything to my social media accounts. My mom kept shaking her head "I can not believe you, Elle?" I smiled at her "he knew what I am capable of." "Is this the last one?" June started laughing "nope she pranks him for a week every time he breaks her trust or embarrasses her." My phone soon goes off and I see Noah is face timing me. "Hey, baby." "Hi, Shelly baby. The one time you wake up early is to finish a prank on my brother." I smiled "Yep." "Now how in the hell did you get that bikini on him?" "Calm down baby I only put the top on Brad put the bottoms on for payback for him farting in my face to wake me up the other day." He started laughing "damn you even got the Little Man." "Ok well I love it and the look on his face when you set off the air horn was only rivaled by his face as he came up out of the water." "Yeah, I know. What makes it funnier for us is that when your dad went to wake up Lee and saw him missing from his room. He checked the cameras for Lee and found him in the pool and knew it was because of me and well..." "Ah, so he gave you the footage from the security cameras." "Yep." Noah laughed "I love how the rents will help you even without you asking them." I smiled "I know."

Lee comes stomping down the stairs "Ok, enough of that gross shit let's eat and get to school." Noah and I said goodbye and that we loved each other before we hung up. It wasn't long after I hung up with Noah before my dad and Brad showed up and my dad started chuckling as soon he saw Lee "so, Lee now you like to wear a bikini and sleep in the pool." Lee shakes his head "so, not funny." We all finished breakfast and Lee and I took off to school and I couldn't wait until the guys gave him grief for my latest prank. As usual, once we pulled in Lee slammed on the breaks, and standing there was Duncan, and Eddie and they all looked at Lee smirking. Eddie shook his head "so Lee...
