Unfortunately sitting in the airport waiting to leave I get a call from my dad saying the earliest flight they could get was not till tomorrow. I was disappointed and picked up my bags and headed back to campus. It ended up being a good thing since my two classes the next day were not going to be canceled since they did not have that girl in their classes. Once I made it back to the dorm room I explained everything to my roomie and he nodded telling me he hopes I will be able to go home soon. Since my Calculus class was not canceled I sat there studying for the test that I knew I had the next day. This made my bags lighter since I was not going to need that book for the rest of the week. I had messaged my Friday teachers and found I had only one class not canceled and that was football but the coach decided to give us all the day off because of the proceedings. Turns out several of my teammates that were here last year were being called in as witnesses. Once I knew I was in the clear to leave and printed out my ticket now that I actually had one I climbed into bed and went to sleep.
The next morning I showered and made sure to put my computer in my carry-on bag since I have a paper due on Monday. Luckily I am almost done with the paper. Even though today I do have Rhetoric and Composition today's class is discussing whatever topic the professor decides will cause a good discussion. Then I have my Calculus class where I have my test. The good thing is that I took the Advanced Placement exams for Algebra and was able to get credit for that class. Well, let's see how the rest of my day goes. Composition class was interesting, to say the least. The professor decided to bring up long-distance relationships. Of course, I was pro-long-distance relationship. Turns out the professor saw the video and decided this would be a good topic. One of the girls in the class smirked at me and said you know any girl that makes a guy stay tied to her when he is far away is selfish. I was furious and had to take deep breaths so I didn't lose my temper and told her well what if the guy is the one that is insistent on having a long-distance relationship does that makes him selfish as well. I watched her open and close her mouth like a fish and smirked and told her I thought not. I continued saying I know from personal experience that yes long-distance is hard believe me I miss my girl every day but at least I have video chats. The fact my girl looked me in the eyes and told me she would love for me to stay and be close to her since I also was accepted at UCLA she would never expect me to give up my dream school.
She reminded me that I applied before there was an us and she expected me to follow my dreams. So, I smiled at her and told her so if I am supposed to follow my dreams then you have to accept I will not be letting you go. The look on her face was all I needed to know that I said the right thing. I heard all the other girls in the class aw at me and I felt my heart swell knowing they fined my decision heartwarming. All of this was running through my head as I made my way to my dorm grateful all I had to do this weekend was the paper. I had just reached the main door to my dorm when I saw Justin my roommate holding my bags. I smiled "Thanks, dude." "no prob go take care of Elle. I hand him my backpack and make my way to the Uber I have waiting. All I kept thinking about was it won't be long before I see my girl.

I was disappointed last night when June told me that they couldn't get Noah a ticket to come out to see me because by the time that they were able to square things away with Noah the last ticket had been sold. She also told me that we ended up being lucky since Noah's two classes he had today were meeting after all since the professors did not have the student claiming inappropriate behavior from her professors. Knowing that Noah was on his way I was glad and relieved that even though I had the shock of my life in school yesterday and my dad and Lee's parents insisted we go to school I would soon see Noah and have answers. Especially since now, that lady was not going to be allowed anywhere near the campus. She was warned if she set foot on campus or near me and Lee before the family was ready she would be arrested. June did tell my dad that she was my mom. My dad wanted more proof so he insisted on a paternity test and paid to get the results in one day. Luckily that lady claiming to be my mom was more than willing and went straight to the lab and had her blood drawn. My dad was one step ahead of her since he had Mathew go to the lab and wait for her to leave. Once she was gone Mathew called Dad and we headed over there and mine and Bradley's blood was drawn. So, here I am sitting in class waiting impatiently for the day to end so I can find out if she is my mom. Not to mention that Noah is on his way home soon.
