Dinah made her way back to their home on the farm. Camila convinced her that she'll be okay by herself and that she needed to see her aunt and cousin.

The vampire was happy to let Camila be because she needed to inform Raven and Lauren about what she's recently discovered

"Can't you give us any more detail about what you saw?" Raven desperately questioned but Dinah shook her head, only remembering the bare fragments.

"We still don't know enough."

Lauren snarled, vanishing from the farm house, leaving Dinah and Raven by herself.

The hybrid that planned on speaking to the witch that started this whole thing.

Camila's heart almost leaped out of chest when she saw Lauren standing outside her bedroom window.

"What in Gods name are you doing?" Camila shrieked at the creepy hybrid. "Would you please invite me in." Lauren requested, making a trip to her front door.

Camila allowed her inside, watching the hybrid carefully. "You know, you shouldn't just let any vampire in, they might try and kill you." Lauren advised as she looked around Camila's home.

"Are you going to try and kill me again?" The witch raised her eyebrow challengingly and Lauren simply shook her head.

"I just wanted to have a chat with you, Camila." The hybrid answered as she carefully studied one photo on Camila's shelf. The witch stood next to another girl that almost looked exactly like her, they seemed happy.

"What exactly do you want to speak about?" Camila questioned and Lauren turned to look at her, a small smile twitching on her lips.

"As you might know, Dinah has seen the prophecy." Lauren told the witch and Camila nodded, because she was there when it happened.

"And my dear little sister informed me about the horrors that my family will face, but she said you seemed to be quite happy and content in the prophecy, meaning only one thing..." The hybrid trailed off and Camila narrowed her eyes at Lauren's assumption.

"And what? You think that I'm out to get you and your family? You do know that your family can't die right?" Camila laughed but Lauren didn't find the situation amusing.

"You can't be serious?" The witch scoffed at Lauren's paranoid nature.

"I don't see any reasons why you wouldn't want is dead."

"I don't think that it's very realistic that I could take down the next generation vampires and I have nothing against your family."

Lauren wanted to believe the witch, but her paranoid nature got the best of her. "Now you're telling lies! Everyone is out to get my family, people would climb mountains to see us dead."

"Oh please, I have my own things to do and plotting your death isn't one of them, so stop being so paranoid." Camila told Lauren.

"How can I stop when I've had a target on my back since the day I was born?" Lauren whispered the last part to herself. Camila heard the hybrid's words, feeling nothing but empathy for her.

"I promise I'm not out to kill you or your family. I don't think Dinah saw the whole prophecy because we still don't know why people want me dead." Camila explained, trying to ease Lauren's mind.

The hybrid took some sort of comfort to Camila's words and who wouldn't melt at the sight of those big brown eyes staring into you own.

"Then what are we going to do?" Lauren asked the witch.

"I'm trying to figure out some spells but I cannot do that with Colton and his vampires killing witches that do magic." Camila explained.

"I already took care of that, he said his guys will stop."

"And you believed him. Wow I didn't think that you'd be the naive type." Camila chuckled.

Lauren growled at the witches words, taking full offence. "He will listen to me."

"Not when he has a secret weapon."

"And what might that be?" The hybrid asked.

"My cousin." Camila answered shamefully. This was the one reasons why the witches of New Orleans despised her.

"You know he has your cousin and yet you do nothing?" Lauren stared at the witch puzzled by her lack of motivation to do anything.

"That's where it gets complicated. My cousin is willingly being held hostage. So whoever tries to mess with Colton, messes with my cousin and he has no problem taking down anyone. You see my cousin was meant to be a harvest boy for the ancestors of New Orleans and a ritual was supposed to be completed. But the ritual wasn't completed and Colton took my cousin before he could be sacrificed. My cousin has betrayed the witches and they want his head. I on the other hand don't want any bloodshed so I'm working on a way to get my cousin back peacefully." The witch rambled on.

"You won't kill a man that has taken your cousin and wont kill the cousin that betrayed you. How do you survive in this world?"

"My life doesn't revolve around killing people. I really just want peace amongst the vampires, werewolves and witches."  Camila shook her head, she hated how everyone was so divided just because they're different.

Lauren gazed at the witch in front of her, taking a liking to her pure intentions, but finding it naive. "You know that it will never be like that."

Camila stared back at her, knowing that the hybrid's words were true. "There's no harm in hoping right?"

The witch felt her stomach turn by the way Lauren looked at her. The intense stare made her cheeks warm and blood rush up her neck.

The hybrid awkwardly cleared her throat when when she realised that her eyes had been lingering on the beautiful brunette for a little too long.

"I'm going to figure that out a way to get your cousin back and you work on finding out more about the prophecy... and be safe." Those were her final words and she quickly made her exit, not giving the witch time to speak as well.

"Where the hell have you been?" Raven exclaimed when she made her return back to the farm house.

"Relax big sister, I just had a little chat with our new friend, Camila." Lauren smirked.

Raven growled stepping closer to Lauren. "If you hurt that girl, I'll-"

"No harm was brought upon her, we just had a good conversation." Lauren assured the vampire.

"What did you talk about?" Dinah curiously asked.

"Well, we need to go back home and have a talk with my dear old friend, Colton."
